About: I have trained 2 dogs from puppyhood. We recently lost our beautiful lab/Shepard rescue, Dianna to heart failure. She loved her walks and we miss her dearly. I am certified in pet CPR and first aid. I love to interact with both dogs and cats. I will bring affection and adventure to every walk to ensure you dog gets the most out of their exercise time where they gather the neighborhood news! I am retired, my wife still is working full time, my son is in college, so I have plenty of flexibly in my schedule. I am very active and use to take our dog on several walks a day. I am offering services as a dog walker, so this does not apply to me at this point in time. I will provide this information should my services change.

About: Growing up around dogs of all sizes and ages, dogs with disorders such as anxiety or epilepsy, and dogs that just love to eat any and everything, I've learned how to handle almost any tough situation. I also have pervious experience working as a cashier at a pet store. I am a full-time student with a part time job. The good news? Most of my afternoons are available to be spent with your furry friends! I will spend a good portion of the time playing with your furry friends and helping them get all their wiggles out! If you have a fenced in yard we'll probably spend a lot of time outside (weather permitting!). I will of course ensure your friends have plenty of water, are fed on schedule, and take any medications they need.

About: I’ve been raised around dogs my entire life, both big and small. I helped my mom with foster dogs from the shelter for many years, including bottle babies that we got when they were 2 days old. I, myself, am an obsessed dog mom so I can guarantee your pups will get the same love and attention that I give my own! I’m very fortunate to be able to have a flexible schedule since my husband and I own our own businesses. I can make visits work around my schedule depending on the scheduling of the owners! I treat every dog as if they were my own. My dogs are my kids basically. I’ve been asked by family, friends and family friends to watch their dogs for as long as I can remember! I will make sure to play, check in and walk your pups the same way I would my own, let me know what they like and I’ll make it happen!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for the past 5 years, I have watched my friend’s dog a few times, family members and we even have 2 dogs of our own that i love very much! I am an animal lover and love dogs ! I am currently a college student at UB and work part time at target, so I will be able to do weekends and some days during the week before or after classes. I take care of pets like there my own, I treat them with respect and take them out when needed, make sure they always have water and if they have food during the times they eat.

About: All 3 of my animals I've owned throughout my life have lived full, happy lives. They also, however, required close supervision. Both cats were outdoor cats which required consistent grooming, tick repellant, and even medicine administration for when they ate something they shouldn't have, or developed infections (administering pills to a cat is a skill I'm proud to put on my resume.) My dog Connor developed an autoimmune disease, and required prednisone administration daily. He was also a very reactive dog to other dogs, so those behaviors I am very well-versed in handling. The same can be said for my partner's family's two dogs (black lab mix and white Dogo Argentino), and my sister's pug mix. Dogs are reactive for a reason and I do not judge them for it, I'm happy to accommodate their predispositions. I work completely remote (and to be truthful it's a pretty chill job day to day) so I'd consider myself the best option as someone who has a full time job outside of Rover! Plus, I love the company of pet sitting during the week. I'm of the belief that cats and dogs belong on the couch and the bed, so in my home they are allowed wherever they please. That being said, if you have more strict rules for your animals either inside my home or yours, I completely understand and have no problem carrying out your wishes (obviously.) My care style is attentive. I know that's another obvious answer, but I've always loved interacting with animals, playing with them, etc. It makes me happy.

About: I never had the pleasure of owning a dog of my own growing up, so I always had a greater appreciation for the moments I got to enjoy being in the company of a friendly dog. I have always loved animals in general and dogs especially. Your dog will be in great, caring hands with me. I will be sure to treat all animals with as much care and utmost respect they are used to and deserve. Over the past year I have walked many dogs through other dog walking apps and have enjoyed the time I got to spend with them. I plan to continue my excellent care for any animal I have the pleasure of walking or sitting through this app as well. I am available most evenings starting at 4, I can be available earlier on Thursdays. I can be flexible for walks on my lunch breaks. I pride myself on being trustworthy and reliable. You can rest assured that your dog is in good hands and will be well taken care of.

About: I started off with two dogs of my own as a teenager. After so many years of joy, they're no longer with me. People are often surprised that I had a hermit crab for 10 years. He died when I went on vacation, so I am very aware of the risks we take entrusting another with the care of a beloved pet. I also have about five years experience caring for a rabbit. I miss them all dearly, but the responsibility was huge as a pet parent. So, now I'm very happy to fill in for others when they're in need. I do have a steady part-time job, which leaves me room to do what I really enjoy- caring for pets! For my first Rover gig, I provided full-time day care for a puppy, but she's all grown up now. Ideally, I would do the whole situation over again with a new puppy because being a Dog Nanny is the best and most rewarding job I have ever had-potty training and all. I prefer to have my eyes on dogs at all times. They won't be outside alone, and will not be unleashed unless we're in a safe, enclosed area. If they have snacks or toys, they'll be supervised just in case.

About: I've had a dog since I was little, so I grew up with dogs. I have trained my roommate's dog some tricks: gives paw, high five, spin, speak, whisper, and other tricks. I can try to train even the most stubborn of dogs, I am patient and stubborn too and will keep trying. It may take awhile. I love long walks, I usually do recall and discipline (stop, sit and wait until no more pulling) while we are on walks. I am pretty available right now when it comes to daytime. Bigger dogs will be more of a challenge for me, but as long as they don't bite I'll be okay. I am excited for this opportunity to show dogs love and take care of them.
