3. Sarah B.
“Sarah was the perfect dog walker for our high energy pup. She was very attentive to our hound mix who can be a bit tedious to walk, and she maintained fantastic communication while we were out of town. We won’t think twice to request Sarah’s services again for our next trip!”
4. Gina G.
“We liked Gina so much that we have booked her for weekly recurring walks. We like that she responds to messages in a timely manner and has smoothed over glitches in the Rover app-like when it double booked us for our recurring walks. Gina provides us with a peace of mind knowing that our pup is getting a good walk in with a great person.”
5. Marti M.
“Marti watches our miniature dachshund, Hercules, and tabby cat, Sebastian, whenever we go out of town. She is always happy to take care of them and they love her. She takes excellent care of them and we never have to worry when they are with her. She has experience with a wide variety of animals, and currently volunteers at a local horse rescue. She is a nurse so she has medical training and is a trusted caregiver in all aspects of her life.”
6. Madeline G.
“Madeline is my first-choice when it comes to finding someone to look after my kitties! I cannot begin to tell you how much comfort it gives me knowing that my cats are safe and sound and happy under Madeline's care. My cat Solo loves to play fetch with me but won't play for my husband--and Solo approves of Madeline enough to play fetch with her! Thanks for always taking such good care of my babies, Madeline.”
7. Alex M.
“Alex has a natural way with animals and they are always attracted to them. He loves being outside and is quite active. He is one of the most responsible and resourceful young men I know. You can feel very at ease when he is taking care of your cherished pet.”
8. Karleigh C.

9. Abby T.
“I had an incredible experience Abby. She took care of my dog Phoebe when I had to go out of town for the night and I couldn’t have been happier. As soon as I met her I could tell she had a genuine love for dogs. She provided excellent care for Phoebe by popping in a few times during the day and making sure she was let out, properly fed, and had enough water. I truly appreciated her attention to detail and regular updates while I was away. I highly recommended Abby to anyone in need of a reliable and caring sitter.”
10. Jenna G.
“Jenna is my sister; we learned how to train and care for dogs at a very young age as we grew up going to AKC dog shows with our mom who bred and showed Akitas. When my sister & I lived together in our late teens we fostered for a pit bull rescue. We have experience with many breeds and animals and Jenna will provide exceptional, knowledgeable care.”
11. Mary P.
About: I was a professional dog trainer and dog walker for over 10 years until 2020. I have since moved away from working in the pet care industry full-time - but still love providing excellent care and peace of mind for pet owners while they are away. As a former trainer, I am very experienced with dogs who have training and behavioral needs, though I love my happy-go-lucky friends too! I specialized in reactivity, aggression, and off-leash reliability, and am happy to consult on those matters as well. I am also trained in pet First Aid & CPR. I have owned Ibizan Hounds for ~14 years - I am experienced with sighthounds and primitive breeds that are prone to being aloof and independent. I currently work a non-pet care industry full time job, so pet sitting and boarding for dogs in my care looks a lot like it would with an owner working full-time outside of the home with no major change to routine. I care for dogs in my home and their own. At my home there is a large fenced-in yard and my own dogs to play with and keep company. I can offer cat sitting in their own home only.
12. Ally S.
“Ally has worked with my dogs and birds for me a few times. Each time, she follows precise directions (even if I go overboard), she sends regular, on time updates on anything that is happening, and she is extremely reliable to show up on time and complete the pet sitting or walking as desired. I would highly recommend her.”
13. Jackie W.
“Jackie came over to meet Luna prior so she’d be comfortable. She was prompt and I have no doubt that Luna enjoyed their walk together. Thank you Jackie! We’ll definitely reach out in the future!”
14. Lauren G.
“Lauren has been sitting and walking our dogs for over 5 years! I love to have her in our lives! She even sends me fun pics of my pups when we are gone. She cares so much for all animals and has experience with different kinds of pets (birds, snakes, and even hedgehogs!) I recommend Lauren to anyone looking for a reliable person! She doesn’t have many obligations so typically always gets us in!”
15. Kristen P.
“Fantastic!! My dog loved her walks with Kristen. Prompt, great communication, and great with my fur kids. Highly recommend.”

About: During summers while I was in high school I worked at horse boarding stables learning the basics of animal husbandry as well as medication administration for large animals, and this primed me to work with animals in the future. Following that, all through college I worked in animal welfare at my local Humane Society filling many positions. Positions ranging from volunteer, dog care attendant, triage, post surgical, and I finished out my time there as an animal control officer. When I wasn’t working at the shelter I was volunteering either bathing animals preparing them for adoption or just walking for miles and miles to make sure that they felt fulfilled when everyone went home at the end of the day. Post college I became deeply involved in animal behavior as well as sport training with my personal dog a German Shepherd who had a whole slew of issues when I first adopted her. I am no stranger to animals with behavioral issues or personal struggles. I welcome the opportunity to build relationships in a calm and constructive environment with all animals whether my personal pets or yours. I have dog sat for friends and coworkers for the last three years and I am excited to extend the offer to other members of the community. I prioritize building relationships with the animals in my care, be aware that any animal I am boarding will be in a home environment and will be treated just like my pet during the time that you were not there. If they are overstimulated too easily I do have a separate room designated only to dogs, where they can lay down in a quiet space away from other stimulation. I have a fenced in yard where we can play lots of fetch and tug or just sniff and chase the squirrels. If you can provide me with a list of tricks that your dog knows I would make sure to keep them mentally stimulated as well as physically during their stay here. My goal is to treat your pets as I treat mine. My schedule is two days on two days off with a sliding weekends long days but frequent days off. I am not the dog sitter for extended trips but I do have long weekends every other week. My schedule will not make me very marketable as a multi-day dog sitter, but it will work for some and those are the families that I hope to be able to assist. As it is I use Rover on my workdays to let my dog out in the afternoon for a potty breaks. Because I work 12 hour shifts if it is a workday I will not be taking boards. I have a fenced in yard and one dog in the home. If our dogs get along you can expect that they will be in the backyard playing fetch together or working through some tricks in the house so that everyone can nap well both physically and mentally exhausted. I do permit animals on the couch as long as they were respectful of space if I feel that dogs are getting too rowdy in the house I usually do let everyone go outside or mandate time to lay down and relax. I am fully able of providing meals on schedule as well as medication if need be , my personal dog only eats once a day in the evening. I have space to separate any animals who are feeling overwhelmed or would just like to relax on their own. I spend most of my days-off in the yard with my dog working on tricks and obedience playing with our ball or chasing sticks. We are avid hikers and if the weather permits I try to get us out on either trails or extended walks multiple times a week and if it’s an inside type of day, we are still working obedience and I’ll keep a cup of her dog food out set aside during the day so that I can play brain games with her and reward her freely.
17. Jennifer I.
“Jennifer is an excellent pet caregiver. She has cared for my dog frequently over the last seven years. Jennifer is an animal lover at heart, enjoys caring for other people's animals and takes care of them as if they were her own. She is an excellent communicator and takes direction well. Jennifer will make sure your animals are safe and well cared for while she is with them, thus putting your mind at ease when you are not with them.”
18. London M.
“London did great job on walking my Loki when I’m not home.”
19. Elizabeth S.
