I am a young adult with no children and work 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday. I am able to work from home once and month and around the holidays from September to mid-May. I work from home once a week in the summer months. I am also able to leave for lunch so I can easily pop over on my lunch break. After work, I usually just relax and go to the gym so, I would love to be accompanied by your pet!

Unfortunately, someone in my household has a pet allergy, but I am more than to stay at the caregiver’s home where the pet is more comfortable. I will follow and comply to any care instructions. I respect others’ spaces and belongings and will leave your home exactly as you left it, if not cleaner (I love cleaning). I have been trusted in others home’s before and understand the significance of that trust. My goal is to keep your pet as comfortable as possible while you are away and I am happy to accommodate all needs to do so! I love cuddles and will play with them. I realize an owner’s absence is usually stressful for pets, and both you and your pet should feel like they’re in good hands! I don’t have a pet of my own, so I will love and give them all the attention they need (:

Some important things to know about your pet ahead of time are any medical issues/medications to manage, special diet or eating schedule, or any other concerns such as escaping.
Ein typischer Tag
I love to go on long walks and let your dog explore all the sights and smells. I will run with your dog too! Whether they like to do a sprint or a jog, I try to let them go as fast as I can keep up lol as long as the surroundings are safe (no busy streets). I will play fetch for hours because I love seeing how excited and happy dogs are to play. As for cats, I love to snuggle and play with their toys; especially the feather ones. If your cat likes to be left alone or is shy, I usually wait for them to come to me so I don’t intimidate them. Your pets are the stars of the show and I really enjoy doing all I can to make them happy and comfortable (:

Kara is a wonderful sitter! She provided pictures and updates while we were away, giving us smiles knowing Ollie was being well taken care of. Our home was left clean and we will definitely book Kara again!
Very friendly and capable. I feel very comfortable with Kara coming to check on my kitty when I’m out of town!
She was very attentive to my dogs and did a great job occupying my high energy german shepherds. She sent plenty of photos and kept me updated. I'll definitely be asking her back in the future
Could not be more happy with Kara's services. Kara was super sweet with our dog Sadie and treated her like she was her own. Very attentive and affectionate with Sadie. Our dog is not use to staying with strangers but warmed up to Kara immediately. Recommend booking with her.
