About: Myself and my wife, Cathy, would love to watch your fur baby. One of us is home at all times. We have a 8 year old french bulldog mix names Sadie. She loves to play and have company. We have a large fenced in yard. We also take our dog for a 2 to 3 mile walk every day. We will send lots of photos and will make sure your pet is comfortable and happy! Someone is home all day. We are available 7 days a week. And we do daily walks and also playing outside with the dogs daily. Fenced in yard if you are boarding in our home. Daily walks for your dog. Can also do drops in visits in your home if needed.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and sometimes cats for 3 years at a few daycares and boarding facilities. I love animals and would love to provide care for them! I’m currently recovering from a leg injury, so for now I’m focusing on caring for small dogs and cats! I love giving them attention, walks, and cuddles. I’ll be ready to work with bigger dogs again very soon once my leg fully heals! I will provide care for pets at clients home by making sure they are fed, medicated if needed and safely crated after I leave. Also, keep the pets safe from anything dangerous.

About: All 3 of my animals I've owned throughout my life have lived full, happy lives. They also, however, required close supervision. Both cats were outdoor cats which required consistent grooming, tick repellant, and even medicine administration for when they ate something they shouldn't have, or developed infections (administering pills to a cat is a skill I'm proud to put on my resume.) My dog Connor developed an autoimmune disease, and required prednisone administration daily. He was also a very reactive dog to other dogs, so those behaviors I am very well-versed in handling. The same can be said for my partner's family's two dogs (black lab mix and white Dogo Argentino), and my sister's pug mix. Dogs are reactive for a reason and I do not judge them for it, I'm happy to accommodate their predispositions. I work completely remote (and to be truthful it's a pretty chill job day to day) so I'd consider myself the best option as someone who has a full time job outside of Rover! Plus, I love the company of pet sitting during the week. I'm of the belief that cats and dogs belong on the couch and the bed, so in my home they are allowed wherever they please. That being said, if you have more strict rules for your animals either inside my home or yours, I completely understand and have no problem carrying out your wishes (obviously.) My care style is attentive. I know that's another obvious answer, but I've always loved interacting with animals, playing with them, etc. It makes me happy.

About: I’ve had dogs in my life for over 10 years and love treating each of them like they are my own. I’m reliable, attentive, and love making pets feel happy! I am also young and energetic, which allows me to easily keep up with active dogs who need plenty of exercise, playtime, and attention. I pay close attention to routines like feeding, walking, and engagement to make sure pets feel comfortable and safe while their owners are away. Additionally, I am reliable and communicative, providing regular updates and handling any situation calmly and professionally. I am an aerospace engineering student at the University at Buffalo, with a pretty compact class schedule, so I have a lot of time to care for your animals! During the typical day I am available all through the morning and evening, with a few classes during the day, where I would be unavailable for no more than a few hours. I am a dedicated student who is very responsible and would be a great choice for your pet care! I have always had multiple animals throughout my life, and know just how to care for them! My sister is a vet, who has taught me a lot about animal health and wellness, and is also one phone call away in the event that I need further opinions on a situation. Not only that, but my experience with animals has shown me how to properly care for them, feed them, and entertain them while you are enjoying time away!

About: I currently work as a veterinary assistant at a 24/7 ER hospital in the area. I have worked/interned at Petsmart and the Buffalo Zoo. I have graduated college with degree in animal behavior, ecology, and conservation and a minor in zoo biology. I have pet sat for many families and taken care of dogs, cats, fish, hamsters, birds, and reptiles. My responsibilities for these animals included giving flea and tick medication, general medication, feedings, playtime, multiple walks a day, cleaning up the yard, keeping good water levels, etc. I also have a fear free shelter certification. I currently work full time as a veterinary assistant at an ER hospital, but have availability on my days off to do drop ins or walks When owners leave their pet with me I understand that it is all about trust that their pet will be in good hands. Many owners like me to come over prior to so I can meet their pet and get specific directions for caring for them as well as seeing where everything is. Every owner will have specific directions for how to take care of their pet and I make sure to follow those directions and consult them with any questions that might come up.I will never attempt to take care of a pet I am not comfortable with taking on and will always ask for clarification about how to do something I don’t know how to do. I also will send updates and photos as often as the owners would like so they have assurance that their pet is happy and healthy!
