About: I’ve taken care of dogs and sometimes cats for 3 years at a few daycares and boarding facilities. I love animals and would love to provide care for them! I’m currently recovering from a leg injury, so for now I’m focusing on caring for small dogs and cats! I love giving them attention, walks, and cuddles. About: I currently work as a veterinary assistant at a 24/7 ER hospital in the area. I have worked/interned at Petsmart and the Buffalo Zoo. I have graduated college with degree in animal behavior, ecology, and conservation and a minor in zoo biology. My responsibilities for these animals included giving flea and tick medication, general medication, feedings, playtime, multiple walks a day, cleaning up the yard, keeping good water levels, etc. I also have a fear free shelter certification. Every owner will have specific directions for how to take care of their pet and I make sure to follow those directions and consult them with any questions that might come up.I will never attempt to take care of a pet I am not comfortable with taking on and will always ask for clarification about how to do something I don’t know how to do. I also will send updates and photos as often as the owners would like so they have assurance that their pet is happy and healthy!
