They welcomed our rambunctious puppy into their home with open arms, making us feel confident that he would be well taken care of. He had some tummy troubles going on when we had to leave and they were so understanding, telling us not to worry. He made a mess in his crate one night because of this and they were so understanding, not bothered at all. They cooked up his brat diet (ground beef and rice) for several days until his stomach was working better. Leo came back to us healthy and happy. “Dan and his family were excellent dog sitters for our pup who stayed with them for 3 nights. She is 7 months old and this was our first time leaving her with anyone so I was very nervous. We did a meet and greet and Dan and his family made us feel comfortable right away. During her stay, he was very responsive to texts and gave multiple updates about what they did and even sent pics! They have a nice background where our girl was able to run around and play and their house is very spacious and clean. They took her on multiple long walks during her stay and when we picked her up on Sunday and brought her home I could not believe how exhausted she was! She’s a puppy with lots of energy so to see her passed out means she must’ve had a great time getting lots of attention and exercise! I definitely would not hesitate to have Dan dog sit again for us and I’m grateful to know I now have someone that she & I both trust & feel comfortable with. Kim was wonderful to work with. She thoughtfully set up a short visit to watch Omi for a few hours before keeping him overnight, just to make sure he was comfortable. She sent regular updates and photos and always responded quickly. She was also very flexible with pick-up and drop-off times, which I really appreciated. It was clear that Omi was well cared for and that Kim provided a truly caring, attentive environment. Thank you for taking such great care of my little nugget!
1st time boarding my 3 year old dog Rex, and after our meet and greet, Lisa made me feel comfortable and confident that Rex would be taken care of and had a safe environment. I prepared for his stay with his bed, food and his routine and feeding instructions. Lisa sent me daily pictures of Rex and her golden lab interacting and I felt like he was in a good place and certainly being taken care of.
