“My puppy was so happy at Courtney space! And I appreciate Courtney was doing a wonderful job sending me photos of my puppy. I will definitely reach out to Courtney for taking care of my baby doggie again. 100% recommend her!”

“I can’t begin to tell you how wonderful it was to have Bev. She was watching my dog during this last snow event and not only did she reassure me because I couldn’t get back in time (plane cancelled) that she would gladly keep her as long as needed she went to the store and bought more of her dog food as I didn’t send enough. I couldn’t ask for anything more. It certainly made me feel great that my dogs care was one less thing I had to worry about. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars.”

“Milo had a great time with Charlette and her family! We got lots of updates and pictures each day. We felt relaxed and comfortable that Milo was in good hands! We highly recommend to anyone who needs a dog sitter!”

“I highly recommend Jenn and Brian. They took great care of my senior dog, Dixie. I had never boarded my dog before so I was a bit anxious how things would play out. But daily communications and pictures were sent making me feel comfortable that I had left my girl with the right family.”

“My dog Jordan was well taken care of. I highly recommend Raisa for dog boarding. She let me know how my pup was doing and sent pictures. She was very kind and I am grateful to have found her. Would definitely go through her again. 10/5 stars!”

“Erica treats your babies just like her own babies ❤️ she also sends an update with pictures everyday. She was absolutely great with my girls and made them as comfortable as she could. Will definitely be using her for any of my trips that my girls can’t come with!”

“My dog Joey stayed with Mindy again this year during our annual Buffalo Christmas trip to visit friends. Mindy was again very communicative and gave regular updates on Joey‘s well-being and snapshots of playtime with friends. Thanks again Mindy for being a great host to our boy!”

“This was the first time using Rover and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! Michelle is an AMAZING sitter! I was nervous at first, but Michelle put me at ease- she is kind, attentive, caring and took wonderful care of Bear. I absolutely loved the updates and the pictures. Communication was fantastic and I am beyond grateful for Michelle.”

“Anthony did a great job taking care of my pup. She can be shy and fearful in new situations and Anthony did a great job to keep her calm and comfortable. She enjoyed playing with his dogs, Yoki and Canelo. I enjoyed receiving updates and pictures of my pup while I was away which helped me feel at ease. Anthony is calm, reliable and welcoming. I plan to use his services again when I need them.”

“Kendra was wonderful! Very communicative before booking and during the stay. Sent us lots of photos and updates. Dogs had a great time, briefly acknowledged us and immediately went to bed snoring away. Would definitely book again.”

“Jackie made it possible to leave on a 2 week vacation. All 3 of our dogs were well taken care of. Jackie did everything we asked. We will definitely ask Jackie to take care of our family again. Thank you”

“We have high-strung but affectionate little dog who we had to leave for one of the first times since adopting her for a family vacation out of state. JoAnn was an excellent choice. She took such good care of our girl, playing with her, giving her lots of time outside in her big back yard, encouraging and supervising play with neighbor's dogs. And she provided constant communication with many photos. She even kept Minnie a little longer than anticipated due to a flight delay. We would definitely book with JoAnn again!”

“We just picked up our pup from her first stay with Monica and it was a success! I appreciated the daily photo and video updates that Monica was so kind to send. Our CareBear acclimated instantly and was treated wonderfully. We will definitely be using her again down the road when we have future road trips. Thank you again Monica for making us feel so comfortable leaving our furry friend with you from the initial meet and greet to the actual stay!”

“Emmy was awesome and super caring with Brownie. She immediarely welcomed him and made him feel at home. Her home has a really nice backyard with plenty of space for dogs. I know Brownie had a great time with Emmy and her family!”

“Nichole took such good care of our dog, Juniper! She was so well cared for and enjoyed playing with Nichole's dog. Nichole sent lots of pictures and updates and even went as far as to clean her ears when she saw they were irritated. We could not recommend her more!”

“Carly had a fantastic first stay with Erica. She took excellent care of her, kept me updated with photos and thoughtful messages, and made me feel completely at ease. It was obvious Erica truly cares about the pets she watches. HIGHLY recommend and will definitely book with her again. Thank you for everything!”

“Jodie and John were fantastic. This was Georgia’s first time at Doggie Day Care and it went exceptionally well. We received photos and videos throughout the day which were delightful. It was abundantly clear that she was feeling right at home. 💗”

“Alexis did an incredible job caring for my pup. Sage can be a bit of a handful so I was anxious to leave her with a new caretaker but not only did Alexis exceed any expectation, sage came home a new dog! No clue what she did to cause this other than providing proper care and a safe, fun, enriching environment for her. Sage used to be very anxious with new dogs and now can romp around at the park without worry! Whatever magic you pulled thank you!!”
“If I could give 10 stars I would! Dana and her family Rock! They were amazing with my 14 yo 5# Pomeranian, Roxie, was is a tri-pod. Roxie settled in nicely with Dana's super chill pups, and Dana. Dana sent us pictures of Roxie during her stay, while we enjoyed all Niagra Falls has to offer. We definitely recommend her and her family! We would (will!) Rebook with her next time!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - North Tonawanda
We feel so lucky to have found such an amazing sitter for our boy! From the moment we met her, we knew he was in loving and caring hands, and throughout his stay. Courtney was so kind to pick him up and bring him back home. The regular updates and photos meant so much to us and gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. She also administered his antibiotics so I don’t need to worry about my boy’s allergies. He came home happy, relaxed, and clearly loved, which says everything about the wonderful care he received. We’re truly grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to trust her with him again!

Alex was amazing!!! We had our rover sitter cancel ~4 days before we were going away for the weekend and he agreed to watching our girl with no problem! Nova is leash reactive and has many quirks-but, she felt so comfortable (as did we) with alex! He was awesome. We will definitely be booking through him again.

JoAnn was AMAZING with our two pups! She took time to get to know them and make them feel right at home. This is so important for us as we got our one dog Coco during Covid and she can be a little shy at first. Joann kept us updated throughout the stay (including pictures) and promptly answered all our questions. She was also flexible with the pickup time which was very helpful as we were coming back from out of town. You could tell our dogs had a great time as they came home exhausted! We had total peace of mind that JoAnn had everything covered! Can’t say enough good things about her and will definitely be booking with her agin!!

For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
