“My family and I went on a mini vacation for 3 nights. When I left my two dogs with Monica I felt very comfortable and felt there was no need to worry about anything, well boy was I right! She is fabulous! About 20 min into their stay with her, she messaged me pictures of them Playing and lounging around . She continued to send me pics daily of them showing me how they were, which was very relieving! The very last day one of my dogs was experiencing loose poops (we think it was just from the heat) which she also had messaged me about prior to pick up . My dog has an accident in her house which I felt terrible about but she was so easy going and sweet about it which was really nice , since I felt so bad! I would take my dogs back to her in a heartbeat! They loved their stay with her and we enjoyed our vacation without worrying about our doggies! She is also very reasonable! I would recommend her 100%!”
“Anna was amazing and sooo very helpful! When a family member couldn’t watch out pups only a week before our trip she was able to take them all on that short notice. Not only that but she was genuinely excited to meet our pack as well. My wife and I were nervous as this was the first time 2 of our pups would be away from us and the other 2 would be away from us for more than a day. We couldn’t be happier and either could the pups. They came home happy, healthy and exhausted which was nice so we couldn’t also recuperate. Now that we have a trustworthy sitter we’ll be going away more than 1 time every ten years. She explained the Ins and Outs of Rover and gave me a thorough tour of her place and her daily routine at the Meet and Greet. She had the same crate we use at home and Hamlet had his own premium sleeping accommodations. Erica used her own care and cleaning supplies and returned mine. My boy was comfortable and smiling on her regular updates and he'd become friends with everyone in her house. Erica took my high-energy guy outside and for walks 2x day as requested, even though weather was inclement. * I selected Erica from her Rover bio and did not call any others. 100% the right decision. Alex was amazing!!! We had our rover sitter cancel ~4 days before we were going away for the weekend and he agreed to watching our girl with no problem! Nova is leash reactive and has many quirks-but, she felt so comfortable (as did we) with alex! He was awesome. We will definitely be booking through him again.
JoAnn was AMAZING with our two pups! She took time to get to know them and make them feel right at home. This is so important for us as we got our one dog Coco during Covid and she can be a little shy at first. Joann kept us updated throughout the stay (including pictures) and promptly answered all our questions. She was also flexible with the pickup time which was very helpful as we were coming back from out of town. You could tell our dogs had a great time as they came home exhausted! We had total peace of mind that JoAnn had everything covered! Can’t say enough good things about her and will definitely be booking with her agin!!
