Charlette is an excellent sitter. She made nova super comfortable. She gave multiple updates through out the day with pictures. She took amazing care of nova. I would definitely recommend! Nova will be coming back to her :) nova loved it there
Charlette took excellent care of my dog. She made sure that she knew his routine and my preferences from our first conversation. Charlette was great with my dog while I went away for two nights. I was hesitant to leave him with someone because he’s never stayed anywhere other than my house. Charlette assured me that everything would be okay and told my wife and I about other visits she’s had so I knew what to expect. I was given daily pictures and updates about how he was doing and I really comfortable with the amount of care he received. If I need to do a rover visit again I will definitely rebook with Charlette.
My Bailey had a wonderful experience with Charlette. I was updated with pictures and videos frequently which is eased any anxiety I may have had. Bailey came home happy which is very important to me. This was a great experience and will use again. Thank you so much Charlette and family for such a warm loving home and taking care of my Bailey.
Used Charlette again and my pup had a great time! Longest I have been away and the daily pictures and updates were great. Vacation went better knowing he was in great care!

I have a huge backyard for play and plenty of room inside our home. . Pet Care At Clients Home: When I take care of pets in your home, my goal is to provide love, attention, and consistency while respecting your pet’s routine. I treat your home and pets as if they were my own, making sure they feel safe, happy, and comfortable. • Updates for You: We love sending photos and messages so you can see your pet thriving while you’re away. My goal is to make sure every pet in my home feels loved, safe, and happy—just like they would with their own family.
