I like to talk to the animals. I make sure they are happy, comfortable, fed, not thirsty, have snacks if acceptable and of course loved. Play outside go for walks.

We have high-strung but affectionate little dog who we had to leave for one of the first times since adopting her for a family vacation out of state. JoAnn was an excellent choice. She took such good care of our girl, playing with her, giving her lots of time outside in her big back yard, encouraging and supervising play with neighbor's dogs. And she provided constant communication with many photos. She even kept Minnie a little longer than anticipated due to a flight delay. We would definitely book with JoAnn again!
Joanne P. was absolutely incredible with our dogs, Nala and Bella. This was their first time ever being away from us for an extended period (9 days), so naturally we were a bit nervous going in. From the very first meet-and-greet, though, any worries disappeared. Nala and Bella took to Joanne right away, which told us everything we needed to know. Throughout our trip, Joanne went above and beyond. She consistently sent photos and updates, which made such a difference in helping us relax and actually enjoy our vacation. It was clear in every message and picture that our girls were not just being cared for, but genuinely loved. When we came back, Nala and Bella were happy, comfortable, and clearly had a wonderful time. It’s such a relief to know we have someone we can trust completely with them. We couldn’t recommend Joanne more highly. She is kind, attentive, communicative, and truly treats your pets like her own. We will absolutely be booking with her again.
Our dogs LOVED JoAnn!!! She took such good care of them. They felt like they were at home. We came home to two very happy dogs!
