“We have high-strung but affectionate little dog who we had to leave for one of the first times since adopting her for a family vacation out of state. JoAnn was an excellent choice. She took such good care of our girl, playing with her, giving her lots of time outside in her big back yard, encouraging and supervising play with neighbor's dogs. And she provided constant communication with many photos. She even kept Minnie a little longer than anticipated due to a flight delay. We would definitely book with JoAnn again!”

They sent pictures everyday and updates. They put meds in our elderly dog's eyes daily. Absolutely wonderful place to take your dogs to. Our dogs had the best time ever!!”

Courtney sent daily updates, pictures and videos. We definitely would recommend her and will have her watch Myles anytime we need someone.”

“Our dog, Jet, had a fantastic time! Alexis was super quick to respond and took Jet for a weekend on short notice. She kept us updated daily with multiple pictures of Jet playing in her yard with other dogs. I will definitely be boarding with Alexis again!”

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole entire life and can’t imagine life without them! I currently have two dogs and one cat of my own, so I’m very experienced with different personalities and routines. I’m patient, gentle, and loving with every animal I meet, and I truly enjoy building a bond with each pet. Whether it’s playtime, walks, or just relaxing together, I make sure they feel safe, happy, and right at home. My home has direct access to a fully fenced backyard where dogs can safely enjoy supervised outdoor time throughout the day. I also know how important peace of mind is, so I’ll be sure to send lots of photos and updates while your pet is with me! ☺️ My availability is very flexible! I’m home Friday–Sunday, and my boyfriend is home Sunday–Tuesday, so there is always someone home with your pup on those days! When pets stay in my home, I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and part of the routine. I follow the owner’s instructions for feeding schedules, walks, and any special care they need. Pets get plenty of attention, playtime, and a calm environment so they can relax while their owners are away.
“Christina took very good care of our cat! She made our trip easy and worry-free. It was extremely easy to communicate with her, as she responded to our messages quickly. I can't wait to rebook the service with Christina!”

“I really appreciate Charlette's above and beyond, compassionate care of my cat. My cat stressed out because it was her first time being housesat, but Charlette made me feel safe and secure by staying in contact and sending lots of photos. I would recommend 5 stars!!!!”

“María is very nice, qualified and responsible. My cat needed oral medication and she was able to give it to her without a problem. I liked that she asked a lot of questions about things I may not have thought to tell her. Great job, Maria! Thank you”

“Laura was an absolute delight! She was so sweet with our kitties and made sure to give them some extra love since we were gone on a long vacation. She was also very punctual and helpful with keeping our house in good shape while we were gone since our cats could be a bit messy. Now we don’t have to worry about who will care for our fur babies while we’re gone.”
“Christopher did a wonderful job taking care of our kitties while we were gone. We entrusted him to look after everything and we could not be more satisfied. We will definitely be reaching out to him again next time we go away.”

“Jaclyn was great! She sent daily updates and photos and it was so clear that Zora had a blast when Jaclyn would come by. Zora is a kitty with a lot of energy and loves attention. I felt calm knowing Zora was being well taken care of while I was away.”

“Mackenzie always does an awesome job with Penney Lane. My somewhat neurotic cat loves her. She always shares lots of pictures which assures me that all is well. I'll always go to Mackenzie first to book pet care.”

About: I have never not had a cat in my home, I can’t imagine a life without a cat curled up next to me or in my current situation, a cat laying on top of me. If I’m at someone’s house and there is a cat, I am playing and probably talking to it. Let me give you the peace of mind that your fur baby is getting the best care while you’re away,
“Jessica took great care of our cat on daily drop in visits. Communicated well , sent pictures. I felt very comfortable that our cat, who is pretty shy with meeting new people, allowed Jessica to pet him. Upon our return everything was cleaned well,—litter pan and water changed, food dishes filled. In addition Jessica did a few extra items for us which were greatly appreciated. We would definitely plan to request Jessica again for future trips.”

“We had a wonderful experience! Our dog absolutely loved staying with them, and it was clear he was well cared for and comfortable. They were also very flexible and accommodating when we had to revise our schedule, which we really appreciated. Great communication, reliable, and genuinely caring. We would definitely book with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy dog sitter!”

About: Give your furry friends the jolly, experienced care they deserve! Retired and ready to pamper your pets with love and attention! I am retired and have time. I'm currently retired. I have time to care for pets, walking, checking in, as well as overnights! I have availability most days and times throughout the week. I have a fenced yard and no pets so my home and backyard have space and comfort for your pet. I am also open to caring for your pet at your home if your pet is more comfortable that way.
“Rosalyn was exactly what you want in a doggy sitter and went above and beyond to make Marli’s very few experiences away from home exceptional! Marli and their doggy Lilly had a great day together. I would highly recommend Rosalyn to anyone who wants a sitter that makes your doggy feel special and loved. 🐾💚💜”

“This is the first time I’ve left my pups with a private daycare and I was nervous about it. I shouldn’t have been! My dogs loved it and they now run up the stairs to Alexis when we arrive in the morning. Alexis is a great communicator and I appreciate the pictures she sends. We are now regulars and I highly recommend Alexis!”

“Mindy is an excellent, patient and understanding dog sitter. She watched our puppy for a few days, and made more progress with his loose leash walking than we’ve managed to! She’s a real animal lover, and it shows. Our puppy was super exited to see her when I dropped him off on his third day with her. He got to play in the backyard with other dogs, get accustomed to cats thanks to Mindy’s social Bengal mix, and got plenty of walks, exercise and cozy naps. She sent me photos and videos throughout the day.”

“Laura was amazing with my off the wall super energetic 3 month old springer spaniel puppy!! She is a super experienced trainer and was amazing at providing a balance between structure/close monitoring for safety and a lot of fun play time for my girl. She sent a lot of updates and advice that was very helpful for our training as well! Laura went above and beyond and even gave me tons of training tips outside of the visit because my pup is very difficult and has been struggling with separation anxiety. Best value out of a Rover stay I’ve ever gotten!”

“I feel like Courtney isn't just the best dog sitter, she's one of the best humans. She was so welcoming and understanding of my not completely house trained pup, and she's almost like a trainer as well as sitter. She's worked on crate training and commands with my pup, even letting me borrow things to help at home. Five other sitters denied my request to watch a puppy, but Courtney is the ultimate dog lover, and honestly has more patience than anyone I've ever met. My only concern is that my pup loves being at her house maybe more than mine, since Courtney's dogs are her new best friends! I can't recommend her highly enough, except I'll be sad if she ever ends up booked when I need her. I couldn't imagine using anyone else.”

“So happy Noelle could provide Doggy Day Care for my pup while I was in town for just a day. He was safe & cared for while we saw Niagara Falls. Her updates & photos sent were much appreciated.”

“This was a last minute booking and Holly was more than eager to watch our Anakin. Holly was a delight to meet, very friendly, outgoing, and personable. She was great with Anakin and sent us updates, pictures throughout the day and had him play with her dog and asked if she could give him things before providing anything. Holly made us feel at ease and Anakin was very happy when we picked him up and even got a new toy which he has not let go. We highly recommend Holly for your pet care needs and will use her again if we’re in the area. Thank you Holly!”

About: I have raised two dogs (one large bread and one small bread) both from puppy to 16 & 17yrs old. I have had three cats (one still residing with me). Currently I dog sit two fur babies since 2020. In a week I am losing one of my buddies due to his parents relocating. I am already missing him and am hoping to make some new walking and cuddling partners. I work part time on weekends but can sit with advanced notice. Monday til Wednesday I am available for anytime on shorter notice. When I have your furry sweetheart I do not leave them by themselves at all,so I like to schedule when there is nothing to conflict with the time I have them. When in my house they have no restrictions from me, only what the parent wants. I have an outside bathroom area on leash for quick bathroom trips. I like to go for at least one or two long walks per day, weather permitting and your dogs abilities. I live in a walkable neighborhood and close to parks. When at your house I will follow whatever routine your partner is used to.

About: I love dogs (and cats)! I grew up with cats but dogs are my passion. I have a chocolate lab named Bear. I volunteered at both the Erie SPCA and at Niagara SPCA walking all breeds of dogs. We try to teach manners at the SPCA and so am familiar with the basic training techniques. I enjoy walks around the neighborhood letting them enjoy the sights and smells. Even if they are difficult to walk, I am still comfortable with that. I love giving belly rubs but snuggling with them is the best! Will administer medication as needed. I am available to take them for vet visits or grooming as well. I am also able to house sit with light cleaning however focus is always on the dog/dogs. I am retired and so have a flexible schedule. I will take care of your pets in a timely manner and will spend evenings with them. However, I do leave to eat at home and other personal chores. I work with you to keep your fur baby safe. Whatever works for you is what I will do. I want your pet to feel secure.

About: I have experience taking care of pets, as I have owned a dog myself. I've worked in animal care most of my career, working for institutions such as The Buffalo Zoo, Hidden Valley Animal Adventure, Pet Supplies Plus, dog kennels, etc. I love being around animals, and intend to do so the rest of my life! I'm currently working as a personal trainer at Catalyst Fitness, so I am needed when clients have training sessions. However, this will never extend for more than a few hours (at most maybe 4-5) at a time. So even if I need to go to a training session(s), I can be right back to take care of the animals afterwards! I can constantly provide your pets with enrichment. Whether that be through walking, playing, or just general outside time. I love nature/the environment, so I love getting outdoors. So if that's what your pets enjoy I can absolutely provide! However, I realize animals have a wide spectrum of emotions and preferences, so I am very flexible to provide whatever is best for your pets!

I treat every furry friend like my own, keeping you updated with photos and messages so you can relax knowing your pet is in loving, reliable hands. I’m a stay at home mom and I’m home pretty much everyday. So I have plenty of time and energy to play with your pet! When your pet stays with me, they’re treated like part of the family. My home is safe, welcoming, and full of love, and each pet gets the individual attention they deserve. I treat your home and pets as if they were my own, making sure they feel safe, happy, and comfortable. • Updates for You: We love sending photos and messages so you can see your pet thriving while you’re away. My goal is to make sure every pet in my home feels loved, safe, and happy—just like they would with their own family.
“I have a large, energetic 80 lb Saint Berdoodle (Archie), and I specifically hired Ian because Archie needs more enrichment, structure, and help with his manners—especially his habit of jumping on people at home and on walks. From our very first meet-and-greet, I could tell Ian knew exactly how to handle a rambunctious dog. He was calm, confident, and immediately comfortable managing Archie’s energy. He even offered helpful suggestions for training and recommended calming treats, which I really appreciated. Ian has walked Archie several times now, and he’s been consistently reliable, trustworthy, and communicative. It’s such a relief knowing Archie is in good hands and getting both exercise and guidance. I highly recommend Ian to anyone with a high-energy or large dog who needs not just a walk, but someone who understands behavior and structure.”

About: Αγαπάω όλα τα σκυλάκια 💜🖤 Warm cozy, blankets and dog beds for those cold day and Central air conditioning for those hot days! I am a social worker by profession but also lifestyle. I have realized my goal in life is to use my empathy to good use. I have several important goals I follow while watching your doggies: 1. What does your dog need? Does it need space,Play time, some love or a squirrel? Dog personalities are similar to humans and being in a different environment can change moods; we all need and want different things. I stay mindful of what those are and accommodate to the best of ability. 2. Treat all the dogs in my home as I would want my dogs to be treated. If I am having a busy workday, I still let the babies lay on my lap. Or when I get up for a moment, I give each doggo a pet and say hello I want them to feel loved and safe like they do in their own home. 3 No favoritism. Of course I have my favorites but I don’t tell the dogs that 🤷♀️ I work from home most of the week and my job is fairly flexible. Sometimes I will have to step out for an hour or two but there is always someone home. We offer plenty of treats, non toxic chews, bones (to dogs without allergies and who have been okayed). We have play mats, play puzzles, billions of toys, dog pools for the hot summer days and multiple gates, some installed (In case of aggressive eaters or food stealers), we are stocked with washable puppy pee pads ( in case your dog has issues using the potty, diapers will be requested if it is a medical issue), we have a lot of dog beds and dogs are allowed on the sofa and sleep in our bed (if they choose to). Oh yeah, your doggie will be placed into one of the four Harry Potter houses by the sorting hat lol. Tons of pictures will be provided!!

I am retired, my wife still is working full time, my son is in college, so I have plenty of flexibly in my schedule. I am very active and use to take our dog on several walks a day. I am offering services as a dog walker, so this does not apply to me at this point in time. I will provide this information should my services change.

About: My biggest concern while I’m away on vacation is “how are my dogs doing?” They are like my children. I have used Rover in the past to watch my dogs and home while I’m on vacation. I want to be that trustworthy person for someone else. I have ALWAYS been an animal lover! I have rescued dogs, I’ve fostered dogs and watched dogs for friends and family. I have two Golden Retrievers at home who love to have company come over and play in the fenced in backyard. I am looking forward to taking care of your Furbaby like they are my own I work Full-time but am able to leave for lunch to take care of any pets needs during the day. Right now I go home everyday on lunch and spend time with my dogs. I have a fenced in backyard and 2 Golden Retrievers who love to have company! At this time, if I watch your dog in my home, he/she would need to be crated while I’m at work. They would be crated no longer than 4 hours unless I make other arrangements with my job, where I could come home more frequently.
About: Growing up around dogs of all sizes and ages, dogs with disorders such as anxiety or epilepsy, and dogs that just love to eat any and everything, I've learned how to handle almost any tough situation. I also have pervious experience working as a cashier at a pet store. I am a full-time student with a part time job. The good news? Most of my afternoons are available to be spent with your furry friends! I will spend a good portion of the time playing with your furry friends and helping them get all their wiggles out! I will of course ensure your friends have plenty of water, are fed on schedule, and take any medications they need.
About: Hello! My name is Reta, and I look forward to meeting you and so many new animal friends. At home, we have our seven-year-old St. Bernard, Moose, and Tobi, an eight-year-old shepherd/husky/lab mix. Every now and then we have a foster or an overnight dog friend added to the mix. Volunteering with a dog rescue organization, I have experience with dogs of all ages and breeds with different temperaments, needs, and skills. Services provided: dog socialization, check-ins, feeding, walks, play time, general needs, overnight stays at yours or mine. I am an animal lover. I’m the person at the party hanging out with the dog. To able to do that professionally is the dream. Allow me to put your mind at ease whether it’s walking, feeding, checking in on your pet, or an overnight while you’re away. I work evenings in the restaurant industry so my schedule is flexible given time ahead. Any questions, please ask away! I work nights in the service industry so my schedule is fairly flexible with time given in advance. Daily check-ins, feedings or walks I am available daily until 4:00, if it is a work day. Pet sitting overnight or for extended stays, I would make proper arrangements. If boarding, I have a fenced-in yard and two dogs at home. When staying over, all animals eat from different bowls, and are fed separate from fosters or guests. We work on our manners and listening, as well as walk and play. Crated by request. Dogs can be kept separate if needed. If checking in, we would have covered basics and expectations during our meet and greet. Your space and your home, I treat with the utmost respect. Enter quietly, greet the pet, and proceed with walks, feeding, etc. I ask that we lay out all required services, copies of pet vaccines, and emergency contact information ahead of time.

“Nichole took such good care of our dog, Juniper! She was so well cared for and enjoyed playing with Nichole's dog. Nichole sent lots of pictures and updates and even went as far as to clean her ears when she saw they were irritated. We could not recommend her more!”

“Erica is an amazing dog sitter. She provides wonderful updates and definitely learned our dogs very quickly. She asked a ton of great questions and set up a meet and greet. Highly recommend!!!”

“Jodie and John were excellent with our dogs. We have an elderly dog and a dog with special needs. We couldn't have picked better people to watch our dogs while we were away. They sent pictures everyday and updates. They put meds in our elderly dog's eyes daily. Absolutely wonderful place to take your dogs to. Our dogs had the best time ever!!”

“Our dog, Jet, had a fantastic time! Alexis was super quick to respond and took Jet for a weekend on short notice. She kept us updated daily with multiple pictures of Jet playing in her yard with other dogs. I will definitely be boarding with Alexis again!”

“Jasper was so comfortable at Dana’s! He looked very at home and it eased my mind while I was away to see that he was content. Jasper will definitely be back in the future :)”

About: Growing up, I've always had at least one pet in my home. Over the years, I've cared for a wide variety of dogs, ranging from energetic puppies to gentle giants. I also work at a professional doggy daycare/boarding facility, during breaks from university. This hands-on environment has deepened my understanding of canine communication, reading body language, behavioral cues, and managing play styles. It’s no secret that I'm a huge animal lover, and those in my life know I will treat their pets as my own. I will go above and beyond to make sure your pet is comfortable, happy, and safe in my care! I’m currently in college at UB. My classes are pretty short and spread out throughout the day. I would have ample time to check on your dog/cat multiple times a day! My open schedule allows me to plan my days/weekends around your pets care! I have 2 dogs, 2 cats, as well as a guinea pig at my residence in Newburgh, NY. But currently no pets in my apartment in Buffalo. I will care for your animal as if they were my own. It is my passion to make your pet feel as comfortable with me and ensure they have a good environment, while you’re away!
“Anna was amazing with my boy Winston. Complete and quick responses to any questions or follows I had while gone. She was even able to accommodate an extra day due to my trip being extended without issue. Winston had so much fun he kept giving her hugs before we left. I'll absolutely be coming back again. Thank you Anna!”

“We were thrilled with our dogs’ visit with Noelle! She communicated so well with us, and our dogs came home calm and happy. I trusted her instincts with my nervous guy, and she seemed to know exactly how to help him. We will definitely be asking her for more care in the future!”
