About: I’ve owned dogs that I have actively taken care of for years now! Raising my own boxer puppy and helping out family and friends by dog sitting and taking care of dog their dogs for them! I’m currently a freshman at UB! My classes are pretty short and spread out throughout the day! I would have ample time to check on your dog multiple times day! I am also available almost every weekend! I can actively take your dog out, play with it, take it for walks! Whatever is needed to make sure your dog is in a good environment!

About: I’m a nanny and frequently work with the families with pets as well. I have two dogs of my own and have experience providing training as well. I work part time and will be able to check in frequently or provide walks for your pets. I work in the mornings but have plenty of time in the afternoons and evenings I would prefer to pet sit in your home. I have one dog in my home and although he is friendly, he prefers to have his own space and plenty of attention from his humans. That said, I will stop by frequently to walk, play, and take care of your animals as they need.

One of my dogs needs to have his bladder expressed due to a spinal injury, Haley went out of her way to learn how to express his bladder and ensure his comfort. Haley gave the dogs ample outdoor time, shared photos and detailed report cards throughout the day which gave us peace of mind. You can tell when your dogs had their basic needs met vs. when they also had enrichment (play time, cuddles, etc.), my dogs clearly had enrichment with Haley taking care of them. The dogs were happy and content when we returned home, they hardly missed us! Cannot recommend Haley highly enough.”

About: Hello! My name is Reta, and I look forward to meeting you and so many new animal friends. At home, we have our seven-year-old St. Bernard, Moose, and Tobi, an eight-year-old shepherd/husky/lab mix. Every now and then we have a foster or an overnight dog friend added to the mix. Volunteering with a dog rescue organization, I have experience with dogs of all ages and breeds with different temperaments, needs, and skills. Services provided: dog socialization, check-ins, feeding, walks, play time, general needs, overnight stays at yours or mine. I am an animal lover. I’m the person at the party hanging out with the dog. To able to do that professionally is the dream. Allow me to put your mind at ease whether it’s walking, feeding, checking in on your pet, or an overnight while you’re away. I work evenings in the restaurant industry so my schedule is flexible given time ahead. Any questions, please ask away! I work nights in the service industry so my schedule is fairly flexible with time given in advance. Daily check-ins, feedings or walks I am available daily until 4:00, if it is a work day. Pet sitting overnight or for extended stays, I would make proper arrangements. If boarding, I have a fenced-in yard and two dogs at home. When staying over, all animals eat from different bowls, and are fed separate from fosters or guests. We work on our manners and listening, as well as walk and play. Crated by request. Dogs can be kept separate if needed. If checking in, we would have covered basics and expectations during our meet and greet. Your space and your home, I treat with the utmost respect. Enter quietly, greet the pet, and proceed with walks, feeding, etc. I ask that we lay out all required services, copies of pet vaccines, and emergency contact information ahead of time.

Because I work remotely, I’m able to provide all-day, round-the-clock companionship while I work, with plenty of breaks for walks, playtime, feeding, and snuggles (with the occasional quick visit to check on my own puggies, of course!). I’ve found that remote work and dog sitting complement each other perfectly, allowing me to provide steady, round-the-clock companionship rather than just a few drop-in visits each day. I prefer to house sit and stay in your home, essentially moving in and working remotely while keeping your dog company and maintaining their normal routine. This approach is especially helpful for dogs with separation anxiety or those who need more frequent potty breaks. While I generally keep a typical 9–5 schedule, my workday is flexible, and I can take breaks as needed. I do have occasional meetings during the day and, depending on proximity, may step out briefly to check on my own dogs—but your pet’s care, comfort, and safety are always my top priority. I believe the best care comes from keeping your dog’s routine as close to yours as possible, all in the comfort of their own home. I typically like to schedule a meet-and-greet before a sit so I can get to know you and your dog, learn their daily routine, and familiarize myself with the home and surrounding area. I always recommend sharing a simple “guide” or list of your dog’s schedule—feeding, potty breaks, medication, walks, playtime, and any special preferences. I’ve cared for dogs with all types of personalities, and understanding their quirks and behavioral patterns helps ensure a smooth, stress-free experience. For example, I like to know how they do on walks, whether they’re an escape artist or more of a Velcro pup, and how they react around other dogs. When it comes to walks, I’m comfortable walking two small dogs at the same time, and since it’s just me, I prefer one larger dog at a time. In addition to pet care, I’m also happy to help with light house-sitting tasks while you’re away, such as watering plants, bringing in mail and packages, and keeping an eye on the home. My goal is to make your time away as stress-free as possible, knowing both your dog and your home are being well cared for.

About: I have taken care of animals for family and friends for a few years now and want to expanded into caring into looking after the pets if other family’s that want to travel but unfortunately cannot bring their animals with them. I currently work in a restaurant as a line cook and have 5-8 hour days starting as early as 2pm and ending as late as 10pm so I am able to mostly do morning care and late night care but I can adjust my schedule as needed for emergency’s. I am able to adapt to any type of care needed including daily training or cleanup if needed and love to take my own dogs on walks and just relax with them when they are tired.

About: My biggest concern while I’m away on vacation is “how are my dogs doing?” They are like my children. I have used Rover in the past to watch my dogs and home while I’m on vacation. I want to be that trustworthy person for someone else. I have ALWAYS been an animal lover! I have rescued dogs, I’ve fostered dogs and watched dogs for friends and family. I have two Golden Retrievers at home who love to have company come over and play in the fenced in backyard. I am looking forward to taking care of your Furbaby like they are my own I work Full-time but am able to leave for lunch to take care of any pets needs during the day. Right now I go home everyday on lunch and spend time with my dogs. I have a fenced in backyard and 2 Golden Retrievers who love to have company! At this time, if I watch your dog in my home, he/she would need to be crated while I’m at work. They would be crated no longer than 4 hours unless I make other arrangements with my job, where I could come home more frequently.

About: Ive had three cats and two dogs in my life. Currently I have two cats and they are my world. In many instances I've had a cat or dog that doesn't like anyone besides family come up and become my new best friend. Also have been trusted to watch multiple friends animals while on vacation because they loved our time together more than anyone else. During the week it would be a drop in sitting with minimal overnight stays after work. Which means its not out the question but not consistent. Weekends I have more flexibility for overnight stays. My cats are indoors, fed a heathly diet, and stimulated. While at the clients house its dependent on the type of animal and if the animal requires special care.

Being active and spending time outdoors is already part of my routine, so dog walking blends perfectly into my day. When caring for pets in my client’s home, I prioritize keeping their routine as consistent as possible so they feel safe and comfortable. I follow all instructions carefully — including feeding schedules, walk times, playtime, and any special care needs. I make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and affection while also respecting the home and keeping everything clean and organized.

About: My first formal pet sitting experience was taking out and playing with my uncle’s black lab puppy after school, my senior year of high school. Then, that same year I pet my aunt’s 2 cats in 2016. During the pandemic, for over a year, I stayed at my friend’s house while she was away at work. I would take her precious pup Lala out for walks, give Lala and her cat-sister Sophia their meds with breakfast, and treat them like the princesses they are. I recently left law school, so my availability is completely free until I find a full-time job! I would love to set your mind at ease by visiting your home as often as you’d like! I would care for my clients’ pets the same way I care for my cat-son, Remy. I give him all the attention he desires, and I do the less-than-desireable things (like washing his litterbox monthly, clipping his nails, and brushing his teeth) with a smile because I know it’s what’s best for him.
