About: I have been able to take care of animals (dogs and cats) since age 5 as I had pets throughout my whole life. I have also briefly owned horses building the skillset of hygiene care for larger animals. I absolutely love dogs. I have had experience with small dogs all the way up to English Mastiff and Ridgeback sizes. I have been a helpful pet sitter for many family members and some friends. I absolutely love animals and plan to incorporate them into my therapeutic process with clients in the future. Please send them my way and I will give them all the love and empathy while you're away and as needed! I am a graduate student with an internship which entails the need for a daily routine. I am more flexible for weekends and holidays, and I am also willing to make other days work given enough time notice in advance. I love to be outside year-round, especially fall and winter, so I will be active with animals in snow/cold or sunshine which means walks and playing! I have three cats who have everything they need including love and grooming! I have a three-legged cat who requires more care for hygiene and grooming, so he gets lion cuts every so often. All of my cats get treats and are spoiled with love. I am flexible and willing to work around whatever is needed for safety and the environment. I would prefer to do house visits and drop-ins to feed/let outside, etc. I would need to be provided equipment like leashes, crates, food bowls, food, etc. I do not want to disrupt your pet's routine or familiarity of their own materials.

About: I have experience taking care of pets, as I have owned a dog myself. I've worked in animal care most of my career, working for institutions such as The Buffalo Zoo, Hidden Valley Animal Adventure, Pet Supplies Plus, dog kennels, etc. I love being around animals, and intend to do so the rest of my life! I'm currently working as a personal trainer at Catalyst Fitness, so I am needed when clients have training sessions. However, this will never extend for more than a few hours (at most maybe 4-5) at a time. So even if I need to go to a training session(s), I can be right back to take care of the animals afterwards! I can constantly provide your pets with enrichment. Whether that be through walking, playing, or just general outside time. I love nature/the environment, so I love getting outdoors. So if that's what your pets enjoy I can absolutely provide! However, I realize animals have a wide spectrum of emotions and preferences, so I am very flexible to provide whatever is best for your pets!

About: I have take care of dogs and cats since I can remember. I’ve always had family pets that I looked after. Recently I started to pet sit professionally and have looked after pets with all manners of personalities and needs. I am currently working full time with a hybrid schedule. Monday through Wednesday in the office and Thursday through Friday remote. I am free every weekend and anytime after 5pm. Because each pet parent is unique and has their own ways to raise and care for their pets I strictly adhere to their rules and guidelines. That includes areas they have their pets walk and house rules for those that request house sitting.

I have used rover a few times with different sitters and while they have been great, Jenna was exceptional! Great communication and sent so many pictures and videos of not only the cats, but also updates on the tasks she was doing (refilling water bowls/cleaning litter). At no point was I worried that she was not genuinely invested in my cats' care (and even our shyer girl seemed to warm up to her very quick). I would 100% recommend working with her.

About: I did not have any dogs growing up- my parents were allergic, but I have always loved dogs, and I knew I wanted one when I was able to live on my own. I have been around dogs my whole life, and I have cared for my friends dogs when they needed sitters. I am currently a dog dad to my four year old Australian Cattle dog, and if there's one thing I can tell you about him is that he has taught me everything I need to know to train, house, and communicate with dogs of all breeds. Your dog will be treated with the upmost respect while in my care and will enjoy their stay with me and Yoki. You pups will fit right into the routine of things. I currently own two dogs and I am able to accommodate them both time wise I treat all animals as if they are my own, giving them the same love, attention, and respect I would offer a pet of my own. I naturally gravitate toward animals, and they seem to be drawn to me as well. I believe in building trust through patience, gentle care, and understanding each animal’s unique needs and personality. Whether it's providing food, comfort, exercise, or companionship, I am committed to making sure every pet feels safe, happy, and loved.

About: Hi there! I have been a pet sitter for many years, with multi-species experience including: dogs, cats, chickens, hamsters, fish, turtles, and rabbits. I am a life long pet owner as well. I am in my 4th year of studying Animal Behavior, which feeds my interest in enrichment and proper welfare for all animals. I have experience with: • oral medication administration • pets with anxiety • grooming and nail trimming (*depends on your pet's temperament) • enrichment I am available for drop-in visits, walks, or pet-sittings. I have varied availablity during weekdays due to my academic course load, but most likely I'm available to take care of your pet! ***I do not offer boarding due to my own pet for the safety of all pets involved! I'm currently on break for the summer and have full availability during the week to stop in and take your pet for a walk or play session, or house sit for a longer period. I tend to stick to the instructions provided as to keep a normal routine for your pet. For a first time visit, I will get aquainted with your pet and offer a treat if allowed. I will send photos of your pet when I arrive and leave to offer some peace of mind. For walks, I will take your dog on a stroll around the neighborhood so they can let out some energy and use the restroom, followed by a treat after returning home. Drop-ins are similar where the pet will be taken outside for the restroom if needed and have some playtime to let out some energy. For pet sitting jobs, I tend to ask more questions about your pet to get a better understanding of their needs as well as anything else that will need taken care of such as collecting the mail, or watering plants. No matter the species, each visit will include playing, treats, and lots of pets! When entering or leaving your home, I ensure that the key is placed in the correct spot (to prevent lockouts!) after locking to keep your pet and home safe.

About: I have done seasonal dog walking jobs for older clients as well as drop-in visits for several of my friends and family’s cats or dogs. I am also proficient in caring for senior cats as I have rescued two from the street. My kitties are quite independent and have an auto kibble feeder and they are fed wet dinner in the evenings to support urinary health. I am always hanging out with them when in my home as it is theirs as well. I am always checking on my pets and giving them affection. I am attentive and quick to respond which makes me very observant and detail oriented. Your pet is always safe under my watch and your instructions will be followed closely. In my own home, clients’ pets have their own room.

About: I’ve had both dogs and cats since I was 2 years old so I grew up learning to love and take care of animals! Aside from my home, I grew up around my aunt’s farm where we have anything from donkeys to chickens. It’s safe to say I’ve always been an animal lover! I’ve experienced anything from typical pet routines to those with special needs that require extra care and attention. I have experience with both puppies/kittens as well as senior pets and I love dogs of all breeds and sizes! I’ve been pet sitting for others through friends and family for about 3 years since I started college and thought I’d give Rover a try! I’m currently working part-time so I have plenty of extra time to care for your pet! I am available mornings, nights, and weekends. Overnight care would need an advanced notice. My goal is to customize my care to fit your needs, wants, and requests. I know leaving your furry friends at home is never easy so I try my best to make that process as comfortable as possible for both pet and owner. Following your pets normal routine is my priority so they can enjoy their stay and you can enjoy your time away!

About: ✨ 8+ years experience | Medical care | Reliable & dog-savvy ✨ 🌞 6/1/2026: Please keep in mind that this is a busy time of year! Blocked spots on calendar indicate booked gigs outside of Rover. If you see any availability, please don’t hesitate to reach out! 🌞 Hi there! My name is Izzy! I have been working with dogs for a little over 8 years now, both in formal and personal settings. From managing a doggy daycare/salon to my own personal care sessions (which have been requested in state and international), I value all opportunities because it allows me to learn, grow and become more confident when caring for animals. I have worked with and taught commands to dogs ranging from puppies to seniors. I have also worked with animals who had behavioral issues, medical conditions such as seizures, liver problems and diabetes. I have administered medications and proper substances when needed. I believe that maintaining a routine is essential when watching animals because their world is a little different when they aren’t with their primary care taker. With this being said, if an animal has heath condition and/or specific needs, I would appreciate that they are disclosed before sessions. It is important that each animal is treated with care and is given lots of love. It is also necessary that the family feels comfortable with individual who cares for their pet and that they can trust them. I haven’t touched on all my experiences so if there are any questions or concerns, please feel free to share! Looking forward to connecting with you and your pets! Side note: I’m also comfortable caring for lizards and small pets, and can offer light home cleaning services during longer stays if requested. Additional fees may be required. I build my schedule around my pet care clients, so availability for drop-ins, walks, and sitting can be very flexible — including mornings, evenings, and weekends. If you’re unsure about timing, just message me! I’m happy to coordinate! I believe that monitoring activities like playing with toys and distributing treats should be supervised at all times. Having a routine is important so sticking to that routine essential when it comes to caring for a pet. I do not have a yard but dogs would be taken on walks everyday (rain or shine) if they were to stay with me.

About: Hello! I started pet-sitting seriously in graduate school and had a consistent base of clients for two years. Later, I volunteered at a local humane society where I cared for and interacted with cats and dogs multiple times a week, for three years. This experience taught me a great deal more about dogs, including behaviors, breed traits, and exercise needs. While it's not my profession, animal care-taking has definitely become my passion! I treat every animal exactly how they want to be treated. Sometimes that is a lot of love and affection, but sometimes there are cats who like their distance! Whatever your animal needs, I'm happy to accommodate them. I have an extreme flexible schedule, and I can help with mid-day walks as well as routine AM/PM visits. I’m happy to accommodate last-minute needs or become a regular helper. It's an honor to have a key to someones home and to be trusted to care for their animals, and I take this very seriously. I am a guest in your home, but in that time your pet is family to me. I always make sure to leave a home neater than I found it, and will double, triple check that all is as it should be before I depart.

Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Kenmore choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.

To find sitters in Kenmore with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy.
