“Jenn and Brian were absolutely amazing. My first time leaving Leai and she had the time of her life. They sent pics and videos of her to let us know she was behaved and happy. Can't wait to use them again”

“our Boxer Rudy had just had a procedure and needed special care and is still being house trained. Mindy was awesome. She sent us pics, video and updates of him as well as gave him his medication. She gave us tips for socializing him and was very patient with him. I can tell he had an amazing time and will definitely let Rudy board with her again.”

“Bev watched my chihuahua for the first time. She came home happy and playful. I could tell she had a wonderful time. Also Bev’s comment was she sure loves her tummy rubbed which I knew meant if all she wanted was Bev to rub her belly she really liked her and trusted her. I will definitely be using Bev again soon.”

“I can't say enough about how amazing Michelle was! This was our first time leaving our senior dog with anyone so I was a bit nervous, but Michelle put our minds at ease with her thoroughness in understanding our dog's needs, frequent photo updates, and genuine care. She even got my spicy chihuahua to warm up to her so I think that qualifies her as a miracle worker! Thank you so much Michelle!”

“This was my first time ever boarding Winnie and Monica put me so at ease with leaving him in her care. She even spent extra time to make sure my dog was comfortable with hers before I booked an overnight and she kept me informed on how he was doing with texts, photos and video. I would not hesitate to book a stay with her again!”

“Our dog Astro has stayed with Courtney twice now. I could tell from the start that he was very comfortable in Courtney's home. She knows so much about dogs and animals, its very reassuring. She is super accommodating for drop-offs and pickups. The first time we picked-up Astro, he didn't want to leave! After this past stay he was very tired and sleepy. We could tell he had a great time playing! We will 100% use Courtney again!”

“Kimberly and her family are amazing! Chyna was so happy to go and play with their dog for the weekend. She was worn out after her fun filled weekend. Would suggest her any time to any one! ”

“The girls seemed very happy on pickup. She helped when my dog sitter cancelled last minute. She also bathed the pups and trimmed their nails. I would recommend her for dog sitting.”

“Anthony did a great job taking care of my pup. She can be shy and fearful in new situations and Anthony did a great job to keep her calm and comfortable. She enjoyed playing with his dogs, Yoki and Canelo. I enjoyed receiving updates and pictures of my pup while I was away which helped me feel at ease. Anthony is calm, reliable and welcoming. I plan to use his services again when I need them.”

“Kiara & Yves, did such an amazing job with my little kitty. She was so well cared for and the sitter was super responsive sending many nice updates and photos of Lottie. I would recommend their services to anyone who was looking for a sitter!”

“Dan and his family were excellent dog sitters for our pup who stayed with them for 3 nights. She is 7 months old and this was our first time leaving her with anyone so I was very nervous. We did a meet and greet and Dan and his family made us feel comfortable right away. During her stay, he was very responsive to texts and gave multiple updates about what they did and even sent pics! They have a nice background where our girl was able to run around and play and their house is very spacious and clean. They took her on multiple long walks during her stay and when we picked her up on Sunday and brought her home I could not believe how exhausted she was! She’s a puppy with lots of energy so to see her passed out means she must’ve had a great time getting lots of attention and exercise! I definitely would not hesitate to have Dan dog sit again for us and I’m grateful to know I now have someone that she & I both trust & feel comfortable with. Thanks again to Dan & his wonderful family!”

“My puppy was so happy at Courtney space! And I appreciate Courtney was doing a wonderful job sending me photos of my puppy. I will definitely reach out to Courtney for taking care of my baby doggie again. 100% recommend her!”

“My first Rover experience = TERRIFIC!!! Erica is quite the Pro with the doggos. She explained the Ins and Outs of Rover and gave me a thorough tour of her place and her daily routine at the Meet and Greet. She had the same crate we use at home and Hamlet had his own premium sleeping accommodations. Erica used her own care and cleaning supplies and returned mine. My boy was comfortable and smiling on her regular updates and he'd become friends with everyone in her house. Erica took my high-energy guy outside and for walks 2x day as requested, even though weather was inclement. * I selected Erica from her Rover bio and did not call any others. 100% the right decision. This is Erica's full time gig. Erica has the Welcome Light On and she is Ready to Care.”

“My dog Jordan was well taken care of. I highly recommend Raisa for dog boarding. She let me know how my pup was doing and sent pictures. She was very kind and I am grateful to have found her. Would definitely go through her again. 10/5 stars!”

“Erica and her family are awesome!! I visitsd Niagara Fall and was looking for someone to take care of Gucci- and she did great job! Also her fiance took great photos of Gucci! Thank you so much and if I visit here again, I will reach out to Erica for sure!”

“I don’t think this could’ve gotten any better She accepted my request and it was a last minute thing She sent me photos of him being comfortable I mean truly amazing I love my dog more then anything and was super worried and she took that stress off my shoulder by doing an awesome job”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Amherst
Tatyjana was honestly amazing l, I have never left my pup with anyone outside of my family and was so anxious hoing out of town for two weeks, but he had the absolute best time and recieved the best care! I was updated daily with pictures and my questions before and during his stay were met with quick and detailed responses. I am happy to find a new sitter for my baby and will continue to book with her!

We rebooked with Mindy for a recent trip after our experience with her last time. Our dog is a little bit neurotic & high maintenance and doesn’t like to be left alone in new places. It is so so so nice to be able to go on vacation and not worry about her because Mindy takes such good care of her. My dog randomly stopped eating and Mindy figured out that if she changed her bowl she would eat. She took her for plenty of walks and gave her plenty of snuggles - our dog even gets to sleep in Mindy’s bed at night! We are so relieved to have found Mindy and would recommend her to anyone.

She did a great job taking care of my dog. She kept me updated with pictures all the time, which I really appreciated. Her dog played with mine the entire week, and they got along so well. She followed all my instructions carefully, especially since my dog has separation anxiety and needs extra care when I’m not around. She also made sure to walk her every day. I felt very comfortable leaving my dog with her and would definitely trust her again

Kim was wonderful to work with. She thoughtfully set up a short visit to watch Omi for a few hours before keeping him overnight, just to make sure he was comfortable. She sent regular updates and photos and always responded quickly. She was also very flexible with pick-up and drop-off times, which I really appreciated. It was clear that Omi was well cared for and that Kim provided a truly caring, attentive environment. Thank you for taking such great care of my little nugget!

For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
