I have lived with and cared for pets my whole life. Growing up I had dogs, cats, hamsters, geckos, hermit crabs, frogs and fish. I have been volunteering with animal rescues for over 10 years now and the past 3+ years I have been fostering cats and dogs of all ages. I have received training from the SPCA volunteer department and SPCA community outreach on animal behavior and care. I have fostered about 40 animals and I have learned something new from each of them. I love, train and medically care for each foster I have with varying degrees. I have fostered everyone from sick 1lb kittens to 45lb dogs with separation anxiety. I love animals and caring for them has always been a huge and special part of my life. Each pet deserves the world and I would love to be one of the lucky ones that helps give that to your pet!

My dog Jax went to Taylor’s house for doggy day care and they had a great time! Taylor was extremely friendly, responsive, flexible, and gave multiple photo updates! Jax even got to be a big sibling to some foster puppies for the day - super cute! I felt very comfortable leaving my dog in her hands. Highly recommend!

Schedule
I work from home and am very comfortable and used to including pet care in my every day life. It is more natural for me to have pets around me and relying on me than it is for me to not have pets around.

I have a fenced in yard and a calm, dog friendly neighborhood to walk dogs in. When I have pets in my home, I love and care for them as if they were my own.
A typical day
I play fetch with dogs in my fenced in back yard and I take them on multiple walks (as long as the dog likes multiple walks) every day. I like to walk dogs to Dairy Queen for a pup cup treat.
