I knew he was in the right place when he seemed so comfortable at their house. ( He is generally very shy around new people and pets.) He got his daily walks in their fenced yard. It was very comforting to know he had a secure place to wander around since his vision and hearing is impaired. They are also genuinely sweet people who obviously love animals. Charlie is 9 years old and gets anxious when I have to leave him with a sitter, and Anna knew exactly what to do to help calm him down that first day. She did a great job keeping me updated throughout his stay with her. I could tell when I picked him up that he was relaxed and at ease and enjoyed his time at her house.
