“Kiara & Yves are genuinely such fantastic pet sitters, and kept my mind at ease during travel knowing that my cat was in such good hands! Not only were they very kind and pleasant to talk to, but Kiara was very knowledgeable about animals in general and shared some useful information. They were very diligent in making sure my kitty was being cared for properly, along with sending updates and pictures. From medication, to going out of their way to buy specific kibble that my cat was used to after not adjusting, you can be assured that your pet will be watched by responsible, enthusiastic, and caring folks.”

“Thank you Jenn and Brian for taking such good care of Angus! You frequently updated us with pics and were extremely attentive to Angus’ needs. We will be back.”

“Anthony and Nate did a wonderful job with our Holly. I got photo/text updates on how she was doing. We would definitely book again. If you are thinking about booking with Anthony, you definitely should.”

“This was my first time ever boarding Winnie and Monica put me so at ease with leaving him in her care. She even spent extra time to make sure my dog was comfortable with hers before I booked an overnight and she kept me informed on how he was doing with texts, photos and video. I would not hesitate to book a stay with her again!”

“Jin was wonderful!! She took in both our girls. We have two Rottweilers, both over 100 lbs. they loved Jin, and made themselves right at home at her house. She sent daily pics, and updates on how they were doing. Will definitely be booking Jin again.”

“Mindy took such great care of our Troops! This was our first long trip away in a very long time and we wish we could have brought him with us but are so happy that he had Mindy to take care of him! She updated all the time on what he was doing and we were all so excited to see all the pictures and videos! She is top-notch,highly recommended, I wouldn’t want to trust anyone else! 🐾🐾🐾”

“Erika took great care of our dachshund Penne Linguine! She had a dedicated area for our “little princess” and made sure to give her lots of attention, walks, playtime. We received several photos and video of Penne having a great time on her “vacation”. Thanks guys!”

About: I’ve been caring for my own dog, Layla, since she was 3 months old and she’s now 9 years old. Being a dog dad has taught me patience, consistency, and how important routines, attention, and trust are for pets. I understand that every dog has their own personality and comfort level, and I care for each pet like they’re part of the family. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, companionship, or keeping up with routines, my goal is always to help pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. Pet care fits naturally into our daily routine because caring for our own dog has already been part of our lifestyle for years. I work outside the home but have flexibility to take breaks and come home throughout the day for walks, potty breaks, playtime, feeding, and check-ins. I understand every pet has their own routine and energy level, and I do my best to keep them comfortable, active, and cared for while you’re away. Creating a safe, comfortable, and trustworthy environment is very important to us. I've had my dog Layla since she was 3 months old and she’s now 9, so I understand how important it is to leave your pet with someone who treats them like family. I follow each pet parent’s instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, routines, medications (if applicable), and preferred care styles. I offer boarding in our spacious two-bedroom apartment with access to nice grassy areas nearby for walks, potty breaks, and outdoor time. Small dogs are welcome on the furniture if that’s part of their normal routine and helps them feel more comfortable and at home. I also have our friendly dog Layla, who is already used to sharing her space and being around other pets, helping create a welcoming and pet-friendly environment. Our goal is to make every fur baby feel safe, relaxed, and cared for while you’re away.
“Charlette is very kind and caring, she will take care of your fur baby as if it was her own. She communicates quickly and often, leaving you no doubt about the situation. I'm not sure how I could give her a higher recommendation, but if I could, I would!”

“Morgan was so great - super flexible, quick to respond to messages, and loves pups! Ollie was so tired from playing with the dogs when we picked him up, so you could tell he had a great time.”

“Our usual dog sitter canceled and I was able to secure Michele that same day.. She met us with a warm welcome and a smile that reflected her love for animals. She also was adaptable to our needs and willing to adjust the times. We would definitely ask for her again. As an added bonus, a fenced in yard!”

“Julio kept me informed and sent pictures of mango everyday if he had any questions he called I enjoyed my trip not worrying or stressing about mango he took very good care of her. Now I'm a regular and mango loves being with him.”

“Denae and Mark were absolute angels! They are such nice people! I felt that my crazy, young pittie was in great hands! Zero felt right at home during the first meet and greet and that made leaving her there for a long weekend less anxiety-inducing for both me and her as she is a bit of an anxious dog. They made her feel so comfortable! I will definitely be booking with them again and would recommend them for anyone! Lots of pictures and great communication! Thank you Mark and Denae!”

About: Having cared for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and ages for over 15 years, I treat every pet like family. I understand that each dog has unique needs, whether it’s energetic play and long walks, patient puppy routine reinforcement (crate training, gentle redirection, and potty breaks), or calm, gentle comfort for seniors. I take pride in creating a structured, safe, and positive environment so your dog feels completely at home. You can expect frequent photo updates, open communication, and thorough attention to routines, feeding schedules, and favorite quirks while you’re away. Pet care integrates seamlessly into my daily routine thanks to my flexible schedule. Because I work independently from home, I have wide availability throughout the day to provide attentive supervision, frequent potty breaks, feeding, and interactive play sessions. I can easily accommodate weekday drop-ins, walks, and daycare, as well as overnight boarding and weekend stays without leaving your pet unattended for long stretches. Safety and peace of mind are my top priorities. In my home, pets enjoy a clean, pet-proofed environment where routines are respected and separate spaces can easily be arranged for feeding, rest, or crating whenever needed. When caring for pets in your home, I treat your space with complete respect, following your precise safety rules, leash protocols, and emergency procedures. You will receive regular photo and text updates so you always know your pup is safe, relaxed, and having a great time.
“Alena was super kind and patient with our puppies. She sent us a video update during their stay and made us feel very comfortable with their stay.”

“Was great with our dog, even on short notice to watch her. She even sent updates every day, and was able to accommodate to our dog with eye drops and a vitiman.”

“I was nervous with this being Hercules first time at a sitter that wasn’t family. But we had a introduction a few weeks prior and I realized I had nothing to be nervous about!! Hercules had great time at Beverly’s. Beverly and her husband were wonderful, and Hercules loved them both! We received many updates, and pictures throughout his stay. Highly recommend Beverly. We will definitely book again with her.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Buffalo
It's been a long time since we had to board Milo, a rescue, and this was the first time since we lost his brother, who Milo was strongly attached to. This didn't help his separation anxiety and other issues, baggage from an abusive puppyhood. But none of this phased Jackie. She took Milo in stride and provided a welcoming temporary home for him. Her place is spacious, offering room to roam and corners for curling up. Confident that we've found somewhere Milo is well cared for and secure, we will plan our future weekends away and vacations around Jackie's availability.

Amanda was wonderful with Loupy! I was a bit anxious as this was my first Rover experience, Loupy can be a bit of a nervous nellie, AND I was going to be completely out of service for four days, but Amanda was so easygoing and sweet with her that I immediately felt at ease. Loupy had a great time! I will absolutely be reaching out to Amanda again the next time I'm out of town.

Jaddua was amazing. He was kind and made me feel at ease when dropping Mando off. He showed me where mando would be staying and going out. You can tell Jaddua genuinely loves animals and Mando was loving all the attention Jaddua gave him. Couldn’t have asked for better people to take care of Mando while I was gone. I missed Mando so much, thankfully Jaddua provided the most adorable photo updates. If I’m in Buffalo again definitely request Jaddua again. Thank you! Love - Mando and Jasmine :)
