Friendly & conscious dog lover with over 20 years experience sitting various types of dogs for family, friends and the community. One day I will have a dog (or maybe two!) of my own, but until the time is right, I’d love the opportunity to care for your pup while you are away at work or on vacation. I promise to care for them as I would my own. More about me: I live in a single-family home on the West side of Buffalo with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. I am close to Hotel Henry, Delaware Park, the Elmwood Village, and am very familiar with outdoor recreational space in the WNY region including the Empire Trail, Chestnut Ridge Park, Ellicott Creek dog park, etc. When I'm not daydreaming of being around dogs, I am most likely spending time with my dog-loving friends, biking, grilling food, spending time in nature, practicing yoga, or decorating my house. Please consider me the next time you need a hand with your pet! I work from home so I have a lot of time to play with and walk your dog. I am also active and enjoy being outside. I have a spacious single family home with plenty of room for crates, toys, and dog beds. I am comfortable with dogs on furniture and beds.

Gio and Eddie took to Katie almost immediately and she was very easy going and accommodating to their quirks. We are a tough crowd to please, but Katie was a perfect fit for us!

Katie was amazing with our 2 dogs!! They loved playing in her backyard and loved going on a walk. I really appreciated her updates and the cute pictures she sent. Above and beyond. Will definitely reach out again!!
Katie took fantastic care of our Corgi Max, including giving him his medication which required crushing the pill and mixing it with something he would eat. Between the pictures she sent, the very specific texts describing his behavior, and how happy he was to be with her when we picked him up, we knew he was well taken care of by someone who loves dogs. Would definitely bring him to her again.

I live close to Delaware Park and Forest Lawn. I am familiar with the Empire State bike/walking trail, Chestnut Ridge Park, Front Park ( dog park included), Tift Nature Reserve, Canalside, and most neighborhoods on the West side of Buffalo and North Buffalo.
