“Hi Everyone my name is Tonka! Woof! I'm 9 and a really fun girl. I love to lounge and eat, yeah, yummy eating anything!!! But don't get me wrong I love to play. I was a little shy at first but snapped out of it fast because Dana and Jeremy took really excellent care if me, belly rubs, letting me on their stuff, and setting up a king size doggie bed for me to watch all the happenings outside the window, Woof!. And they have a great huge awesome fenced in yard to keep me safe but allow me to play! And Jeremy plowed me a path but who needs that, I love to barrel and tunnel right though the snow. Even with my short little legs. Bathroom time and play time combined. It was great. Woof! Oh well they did listen very well to my mom's instructions for feeding. Ho hum, grr, well I like to eat, but they kept me to my feedings and treats allowance. I couldn't pull one over on them. Come on a girl needs to try. Woof! Well that's it for now. About: Hi, I'm Sam and I've had dogs in my life since childhood. I have two rescues that I adopted at ten weeks. They both have big, incredibly different personalities that have given me plenty of experience, especially after my son was born in 2019. I have always loved animals, and decided to use Rover after a friend was out of town and had a client she asked me to assist. She raved about pet sitting and I really enjoyed it. I love meeting new pets & people, & look forward to helping you have stress free time away wether that’s for an overnight vacation, or drop ins or walks to give you peace of mind when you can’t be with them. Pet care fits naturally into our daily routine because caring for our own dog has already been part of our lifestyle for years. I work outside the home but have flexibility to take breaks and come home throughout the day for walks, potty breaks, playtime, feeding, and check-ins. I understand every pet has their own routine and energy level, and I do my best to keep them comfortable, active, and cared for while you’re away. Creating a safe, comfortable, and trustworthy environment is very important to us. I've had my dog Layla since she was 3 months old and she’s now 9, so I understand how important it is to leave your pet with someone who treats them like family. I follow each pet parent’s instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, routines, medications (if applicable), and preferred care styles. I offer boarding in our spacious two-bedroom apartment with access to nice grassy areas nearby for walks, potty breaks, and outdoor time. Small dogs are welcome on the furniture if that’s part of their normal routine and helps them feel more comfortable and at home. I also have our friendly dog Layla, who is already used to sharing her space and being around other pets, helping create a welcoming and pet-friendly environment. Mere words cannot describe how wonderful our experience with Denae and Mark was. They cared for Ringo as if he was their own. This was the longest I have ever left Ringo and I felt so relaxed knowing that I was leaving Ringo with Denae and Mark. The pictures that they sent me said it all. My little guy looked relaxed, comfortable and looked like he was having fun. The star rating only goes up to 5 but they deserve 500!
Michaela took great care of my dog when I went out of town for a few nights! This was my first time leaving a pet with Rover so I was very nervous - after doing a meet and great I was at ease with leaving my dog with her! She sent a lot of photo updates which I really appreciated, and my dog looked happy and relaxed in all of the photos. I would absolutely leave my dog with Michaela again!
Once again Jessica provided the best care for our dog. He came back happy to see us, but also quite content and not the least bit stressed. Jessica is willing to provide pictures and updates, but is never bothersome. We absolutely trust her with our dog and will continue to look to her first.
Marissa was the perfect sitter for our girl. She has a cozy home complete with all the essentials - dog blankets, chewies and sidewalks for walks. More than that, Marissa is a dog lover and made my dog her priority during the stay, with the photos of her tucked in under blankets to prove it 😂 I’m very lucky to have found her and will def be booking again!
