“My family and I went on a mini vacation for 3 nights. When I left my two dogs with Monica I felt very comfortable and felt there was no need to worry about anything, well boy was I right! She is fabulous! About 20 min into their stay with her, she messaged me pictures of them Playing and lounging around . She continued to send me pics daily of them showing me how they were, which was very relieving! The very last day one of my dogs was experiencing loose poops (we think it was just from the heat) which she also had messaged me about prior to pick up . My dog has an accident in her house which I felt terrible about but she was so easy going and sweet about it which was really nice , since I felt so bad! I would take my dogs back to her in a heartbeat! They loved their stay with her and we enjoyed our vacation without worrying about our doggies! She is also very reasonable! About: I have raised two dogs (one large bread and one small bread) both from puppy to 16 & 17yrs old. I have had three cats (one still residing with me). Currently I dog sit two fur babies since 2020. In a week I am losing one of my buddies due to his parents relocating. I am already missing him and am hoping to make some new walking and cuddling partners. I work part time on weekends but can sit with advanced notice. Monday til Wednesday I am available for anytime on shorter notice. When I have your furry sweetheart I do not leave them by themselves at all,so I like to schedule when there is nothing to conflict with the time I have them. When in my house they have no restrictions from me, only what the parent wants. I have an outside bathroom area on leash for quick bathroom trips. I like to go for at least one or two long walks per day, weather permitting and your dogs abilities. I live in a walkable neighborhood and close to parks. My fostering experience has provided me many skills necessary to care for animals with varying needs, including young kittens, diabetic cats, XXS chihuahuas, and XXL breed dogs. “Mindy provided day care for my aunt's dog, Sassy, while we visited Niagara Falls from Arkansas. Sassy had never been under someone else's care and my aunt was nervous about leaving her with a "stranger". But Mindy was wonderful and allowed us to come for a 'meet and greet' when we arrived in town the day before our booking. My aunt was still nervous about leaving her the next day because Sassy, being a Maltipoo, has separation anxiety. But Mindy knew taking Sassy for a walk right after we left would be a good distraction. She was also wonderful about sending pictures and videos especially that first day and that made us feel better about leaving her. By the second day Sassy was comfortable going straight to Mindy when we arrived. Also, she was very flexible regarding drop off and pick up times.”
About: - I love to walk, even those longer walks for those dogs such as my families own golden whom requires a lot of exercise! -I always carry disposable bags for poop and a water bottle for dogs as they get thirsty on walks -I also carry treats when walking - My families' dog is very afraid so I know how to deal with dogs that have those traits and do everything in my power to prevent them from interacting with any animal or anyone who would put them in a bad situation. -I always heed a dog owners' rules when caring for another's family member, because they know the dog best. -I treat another's pet as my own. -I make sure they are safe at all times. -I am not afraid of telling others they are not to pet a dog that does not want to be touched or interact with anyone but his/her human loved ones. About: I have been working with dogs since I was in 6th grade. I trained my childhood dog through a 4H program and we completed at the county fair each year in Obedience and Rally. Now I have a rescue who over the past 4 years we've helped work through a lot of reactivity and she now is an active participant in Rally competitions and other classes. Currently, I dog walk for the shelter as often as I can as part of their program. Ive also bottle fed rescue kittens and have much experience with baby animals, including wildlife! I am familiar with many species of animals and very passionate about their care. I’ve had rats, birds, ferrets, rabbits, cats, dogs and fish … just to name a few! **PLEASE READ** I do have 3 pet rabbits that a partially free roam. They are all in safe spaces & can be enclosured. They DO get along with other animals. I am available weekends, Saturday and Sunday, all day and weekdays Monday - Friday after 5pm! I do have a full time job but plenty of spare time for your pets care! I do have a fenced in yard but would love to actually walk your fur baby instead! I have beautiful parks near by with plenty of room to play!

About: I know I love to have the peace of mind when traveling that someone I trust is caring for my pets while I am away and I want to provide that same service to someone else. We recently lost our beloved Dexter after 14 years, so we are very much missing having a dog around to snuggle and take on walks. We also have a cat named Joey and he pretty much keeps to himself (until it is time to eat of course) and 2 small children. I am available to come to your house and give your dog walks and check-ins or anything else you might need. “My family and I went on a mini vacation for 3 nights. When I left my two dogs with Monica I felt very comfortable and felt there was no need to worry about anything, well boy was I right! She is fabulous! About 20 min into their stay with her, she messaged me pictures of them Playing and lounging around . She continued to send me pics daily of them showing me how they were, which was very relieving! The very last day one of my dogs was experiencing loose poops (we think it was just from the heat) which she also had messaged me about prior to pick up . My dog has an accident in her house which I felt terrible about but she was so easy going and sweet about it which was really nice , since I felt so bad! I would take my dogs back to her in a heartbeat! They loved their stay with her and we enjoyed our vacation without worrying about our doggies! She is also very reasonable!
