Hi! My name is Ashley and I absolutley adore meeting new pets. I have a degree in Animal sciences and bring 20 years of experience, along with being animal first aid and CPR Certified. As a dog owner, I know that finding a caretaker that you can trust to provide reliable, safe service can be a real struggle. I work hard to build trust with clients and their pets. This way, each time I provide care, both you and your dog/cat are able to fully relax. I offer a full spectrum of services to meet the needs of all clients. My home, located in North Tonawanda, houses boarding and daycare services and features TWO large fenced yards. If your dog is more comfortable staying at home while you're on vacation, I offer in-home services such as drop-in visits or house-sitting We maintain the highest quality of safety and hygiene standards, while maintaining a "puppy proof" home we use veterinarian grade cleaning products to minimize bacteria, and have the required measures in place to keep your dog safe (and happy!). Meet and greets are required of all boarding guests unless situation does not allow for one. Boarding Guests: Drop-off hours are 5pm-7pm Monday-Friday, 9am-9pm Saturdays and 10am-7pm on Sundays. *If you need to drop-off outside normal business hours, I will do my best to accommodate, but please arrange to drop-off the night prior if possible. Pick up hours: 6am-8am/5pm-9pm Monday-Thursday, 6am-8am/5pm-7pm Fridays, and 9am-9pm Saturday and Sunday. *If you need to pick-up after 9pm, your booking will be extended an additional night. *Rover's insurance is done in 24 hour cycles. If you drop-off at 9am on the first day of your booking, please plan to pick up your pup by 9am the last day. Anything more than 3 hrs past that 24 hour mark will incur a daycare charge, to ensure your pup is covered by Rover's fantastic insurance from start to finish. Daycare Guests: Daycare is available only on Saturday and Sunday. (Daycare during the week can be accommodated with advance notice) Pick-up and Drop-off: 7:00am - 7:00pm *If you need to drop-off earlier than 7am or pick-up late than 7pm, an additional fee is incurred We are happy to work around your dog's specific needs, but we do not have the capability to work with the following behaviors: -Heavy Barkers: Our neighborhood is mostly families and older residents. To respect our neighbors, we cannot accommodate dogs that bark constantly. -Aggression: Either towards people or dogs.
