About: Animals have been part of my family for most of my life, and I’ve been helping care for them since I was 14, when we brought home a puppy. My experience spans puppyhood and kittenhood through the senior years. Today, I share my home with my two senior ladies: Gandalf, an 18-year-old cat and Leeloo, a 14-year-old pit mix. I adopted my dog from the SPCA when she was two, and she’s been a beloved member of our family for 12 years. My cat has been with me since birth after I adopted her mother while she was pregnant.
