About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats, young and senior for 25+ years. Your pet will be family to me. And will be loved and cared for very well. In addition, I’m neat and clean. You’re home will also be well cared for. I’m presently not working. So, I will be with your pet 24/7. I like to snuggle with my pets and hope your pet will enjoy snuggling with me. Ezra only watched my dog for about 9 hours but the two of them had many great adventures. As well as a long romp in the snow. About: All 3 of my animals I've owned throughout my life have lived full, happy lives. They also, however, required close supervision. Both cats were outdoor cats which required consistent grooming, tick repellant, and even medicine administration for when they ate something they shouldn't have, or developed infections (administering pills to a cat is a skill I'm proud to put on my resume.) My dog Connor developed an autoimmune disease, and required prednisone administration daily. He was also a very reactive dog to other dogs, so those behaviors I am very well-versed in handling. The same can be said for my partner's family's two dogs (black lab mix and white Dogo Argentino), and my sister's pug mix. Dogs are reactive for a reason and I do not judge them for it, I'm happy to accommodate their predispositions. I work completely remote (and to be truthful it's a pretty chill job day to day) so I'd consider myself the best option as someone who has a full time job outside of Rover! Plus, I love the company of pet sitting during the week. I'm of the belief that cats and dogs belong on the couch and the bed, so in my home they are allowed wherever they please. That being said, if you have more strict rules for your animals either inside my home or yours, I completely understand and have no problem carrying out your wishes (obviously.) My care style is attentive. I know that's another obvious answer, but I've always loved interacting with animals, playing with them, etc. It makes me happy.

Forest and I had an initial meet and greet with my two dogs and an overview of my home since he would be taking care of both for over two weeks. His experience and work/life met my needs for the stay. He is very responsive to texts, sent some pics so I could see my dogs that I missed so much on my trip. We couldn't have asked for a better person to watch Dug at the house as we travelled this past weekend. From the meet and greet to the end of stay, Amy was a true gem. She contacted us upon arrival at the house, kept us informed throughout the 2 days with text messages and pictures, and cleaned up the house before leaving. Coming home to a happy dog and a clean house was very much appreciated. I would give Amy a 5+ Star rating if it went higher.
