You’re home will also be well cared for. I’m presently not working. So, I will be with your pet 24/7. I like to snuggle with my pets and hope your pet will enjoy snuggling with me. About: All 3 of my animals I've owned throughout my life have lived full, happy lives. They also, however, required close supervision. Both cats were outdoor cats which required consistent grooming, tick repellant, and even medicine administration for when they ate something they shouldn't have, or developed infections (administering pills to a cat is a skill I'm proud to put on my resume.) My dog Connor developed an autoimmune disease, and required prednisone administration daily. He was also a very reactive dog to other dogs, so those behaviors I am very well-versed in handling. The same can be said for my partner's family's two dogs (black lab mix and white Dogo Argentino), and my sister's pug mix. Dogs are reactive for a reason and I do not judge them for it, I'm happy to accommodate their predispositions. I work completely remote (and to be truthful it's a pretty chill job day to day) so I'd consider myself the best option as someone who has a full time job outside of Rover! Plus, I love the company of pet sitting during the week. I'm of the belief that cats and dogs belong on the couch and the bed, so in my home they are allowed wherever they please. That being said, if you have more strict rules for your animals either inside my home or yours, I completely understand and have no problem carrying out your wishes (obviously.) My care style is attentive. I know that's another obvious answer, but I've always loved interacting with animals, playing with them, etc. It makes me happy.

Sarah is absolutely fantastic! Our original sitter canceled leaving us scrambling to find someone for a holiday weekend. Sarah quickly responded and scheduled a meet and greet, and agreed to the booking. Sarah asked thorough questions and made notes of important info, which left us feeling comfortable with her staying in our apartment and with Rex. During our vacation, Sarah sent plenty of updates and pictures, and when our return flight was delayed and at risk of being canceled, Sarah volunteered to help with Rex if we did get stuck. Fortunately, we were able to get home, but knowing we had support in case we got stuck made the situation so much easier. Sarah also took great care of our place. Forest and I had an initial meet and greet with my two dogs and an overview of my home since he would be taking care of both for over two weeks. His experience and work/life met my needs for the stay. He is very responsive to texts, sent some pics so I could see my dogs that I missed so much on my trip. I had every confidence that the dogs and my house was taken care of and that is a lot, I don't trust many people to take care of my dogs aside from family. I will book him again for future trips.
