Lola had a good time and got along well with Bev’s dog, Daisy. An added “perk” is the fenced in back yard where I knew Lola could do her “zoomies” safely. “Dan and his family were excellent dog sitters for our pup who stayed with them for 3 nights. She is 7 months old and this was our first time leaving her with anyone so I was very nervous. We did a meet and greet and Dan and his family made us feel comfortable right away. During her stay, he was very responsive to texts and gave multiple updates about what they did and even sent pics! They have a nice background where our girl was able to run around and play and their house is very spacious and clean. They took her on multiple long walks during her stay and when we picked her up on Sunday and brought her home I could not believe how exhausted she was! She’s a puppy with lots of energy so to see her passed out means she must’ve had a great time getting lots of attention and exercise! I definitely would not hesitate to have Dan dog sit again for us and I’m grateful to know I now have someone that she & I both trust & feel comfortable with. About: Hello, thanks for taking a look at my profile. I’m excited to meet your dog. My goal is for your pup is to have a safe, clean and fun environment. As a dog owner/lover, I know how important it is to have one-on-one attention which they’ll receive. As a rule, I only watch a maximum of 2 dogs at a time and have 1 of my own. If your dog is playful and in need of engagement and exercise, we are your place. I work full-time 7-4pm so I am available after work or during the weekends when I have full availability. I specialize in smaller dog breeds but will host larger dogs that are well tempered I have a fully fenced in backyard with ample room to run and play. My home is their home while they’re with me so it is very relaxed in the house. I can accommodate diets and feeding times with food you provide. Walking your dog is included but requires a harness and leash you provide.

About: I started off with two dogs of my own as a teenager. After so many years of joy, they're no longer with me. People are often surprised that I had a hermit crab for 10 years. He died when I went on vacation, so I am very aware of the risks we take entrusting another with the care of a beloved pet. I also have about five years experience caring for a rabbit. I miss them all dearly, but the responsibility was huge as a pet parent. So, now I'm very happy to fill in for others when they're in need. I do have a steady part-time job, which leaves me room to do what I really enjoy- caring for pets! For my first Rover gig, I provided full-time day care for a puppy, but she's all grown up now. Ideally, I would do the whole situation over again with a new puppy because being a Dog Nanny is the best and most rewarding job I have ever had-potty training and all. I prefer to have my eyes on dogs at all times. They won't be outside alone, and will not be unleashed unless we're in a safe, enclosed area. If they have snacks or toys, they'll be supervised just in case.

She is a super experienced trainer and was amazing at providing a balance between structure/close monitoring for safety and a lot of fun play time for my girl. She sent a lot of updates and advice that was very helpful for our training as well! Laura went above and beyond and even gave me tons of training tips outside of the visit because my pup is very difficult and has been struggling with separation anxiety. “Mindy provided day care for my aunt's dog, Sassy, while we visited Niagara Falls from Arkansas. Sassy had never been under someone else's care and my aunt was nervous about leaving her with a "stranger". But Mindy was wonderful and allowed us to come for a 'meet and greet' when we arrived in town the day before our booking. My aunt was still nervous about leaving her the next day because Sassy, being a Maltipoo, has separation anxiety. But Mindy knew taking Sassy for a walk right after we left would be a good distraction. By the second day Sassy was comfortable going straight to Mindy when we arrived. Also, she was very flexible regarding drop off and pick up times.”

She was so welcoming and understanding of my not completely house trained pup, and she's almost like a trainer as well as sitter. She's worked on crate training and commands with my pup, even letting me borrow things to help at home. Five other sitters denied my request to watch a puppy, but Courtney is the ultimate dog lover, and honestly has more patience than anyone I've ever met. My only concern is that my pup loves being at her house maybe more than mine, since Courtney's dogs are her new best friends! I can't recommend her highly enough, except I'll be sad if she ever ends up booked when I need her. I couldn't imagine using anyone else.”
About: I pay close attention to pets as I do children, treating each with love, respect, compassion, and empathy. Sometimes no words are needed, just a scratch under the chin, chest, head, or ears! Other times, fuzzy friends need to be told what a great gift from God they truly are. I love being sensitive to each creature's individual needs, and cherish the special bonds formed while owners entrust me with their forever family friends. Sometimes that means going the extra mile (literally) if furry friends feel like going for a jog, hike, or swim! Thunderstorms can be the worst for some, soft spoken words, songs, and snuggles are my specialty. If a kennel is preferred I’m in full agreeance. About: I have raised two dogs (one large bread and one small bread) both from puppy to 16 & 17yrs old. I have had three cats (one still residing with me). Currently I dog sit two fur babies since 2020. In a week I am losing one of my buddies due to his parents relocating. I am already missing him and am hoping to make some new walking and cuddling partners. I work part time on weekends but can sit with advanced notice. Monday til Wednesday I am available for anytime on shorter notice. When I have your furry sweetheart I do not leave them by themselves at all,so I like to schedule when there is nothing to conflict with the time I have them. When in my house they have no restrictions from me, only what the parent wants. I have an outside bathroom area on leash for quick bathroom trips. I like to go for at least one or two long walks per day, weather permitting and your dogs abilities. I live in a walkable neighborhood and close to parks. When at your house I will follow whatever routine your partner is used to.

About: - I have a 3 yr old rescue named Maisy who deals with reactivity so we no longer offer boarding or daycare in our home. I also have a 9 year old Belgian Malinois who my boyfriend rescued from animal fighting. She is sweet as pie and a people lover. Both of my dogs have undergone training programs at the art of dog. Maisy has also done training at the happy hound. Both girls are healthy and up to date on vaccines. - I previously fostered for Buffalo Underdogs Rescue, which gives me a chance to help save many amazing dogs, learn to potty train and care for puppies and young dogs - I volunteer at white whiskers dog sanctuary where I have learned to care for elderly and special needs pups - I grew up dog-sitting for neighbors and friends and also have a family senior dog who I grew up caring for - I have volunteered as a dog walker for a local animal shelter I work remotely on Fridays and can be home all weekend. Monday through Thursday I work in the office in downtown Buffalo near canal side. I am open to services on these days after 5pm. I will follow the specific instructions left for me by the owner. I ask for a thorough and detailed list of information regarding how to make your pet happy and well taken care of so I can be sure to provide the best care I can. I will treat your pet like they are my own.

About: All 3 of my animals I've owned throughout my life have lived full, happy lives. They also, however, required close supervision. Both cats were outdoor cats which required consistent grooming, tick repellant, and even medicine administration for when they ate something they shouldn't have, or developed infections (administering pills to a cat is a skill I'm proud to put on my resume.) My dog Connor developed an autoimmune disease, and required prednisone administration daily. He was also a very reactive dog to other dogs, so those behaviors I am very well-versed in handling. The same can be said for my partner's family's two dogs (black lab mix and white Dogo Argentino), and my sister's pug mix. Dogs are reactive for a reason and I do not judge them for it, I'm happy to accommodate their predispositions. I work completely remote (and to be truthful it's a pretty chill job day to day) so I'd consider myself the best option as someone who has a full time job outside of Rover! Plus, I love the company of pet sitting during the week. I'm of the belief that cats and dogs belong on the couch and the bed, so in my home they are allowed wherever they please. That being said, if you have more strict rules for your animals either inside my home or yours, I completely understand and have no problem carrying out your wishes (obviously.) My care style is attentive. I know that's another obvious answer, but I've always loved interacting with animals, playing with them, etc. It makes me happy.
About: I’ve helped take care of dogs since I was 10. I helped train our Bernese Mountain Dog puppy at a young age, and played a great role in taking care of her for the next six years. I’ve dog sat and dog walked friends and families dogs plenty of times over the past few years. Some of these dogs were beagles, labradors, retrievers, and collies. About: I have worked in the pet care industry since I was around ten years old , in which I started pet sitting for many neighbors and relatives. Absolutely love animals and would love to continue working with them. My name is Isabella , and I’m a professional hairstylist working Wednesday through Saturday. On my days off, I’m looking to spend more time doing something else I love—caring for animals. As someone who has had pets my entire life and currently owns two dogs (a German Shepherd and a Cane Corso) and two cats, I understand how important it is to have someone reliable and compassionate looking after your furry family members. I’d love the opportunity to help out with dog walking or pet care when you need an extra hand. Caring for animals has always been a natural part of my life. At home, I provide a structured, loving, and safe environment for my pets, which includes two large-breed dogs—a German Shepherd and a Cane Corso—and two cats. I focus on consistent routines, daily exercise, mental stimulation, and plenty of affection. My pets are well-socialized, receive proper nutrition, and are always kept clean, comfortable, and happy. Whether it’s going on long walks, engaging in playtime, or simply giving them the attention they need, I treat each animal with the respect and care they deserve. My experience with a variety of temperaments and needs allows me to confidently and responsibly care for others’ pets with the same level of dedication.
