About: I have take care of dogs and cats since I can remember. I’ve always had family pets that I looked after. Recently I started to pet sit professionally and have looked after pets with all manners of personalities and needs. I am currently working full time with a hybrid schedule. Monday through Wednesday in the office and Thursday through Friday remote. I am free every weekend and anytime after 5pm. Because each pet parent is unique and has their own ways to raise and care for their pets I strictly adhere to their rules and guidelines. That includes areas they have their pets walk and house rules for those that request house sitting.

About: I started off with two dogs of my own as a teenager. After so many years of joy, they're no longer with me. People are often surprised that I had a hermit crab for 10 years. He died when I went on vacation, so I am very aware of the risks we take entrusting another with the care of a beloved pet. I also have about five years experience caring for a rabbit. I miss them all dearly, but the responsibility was huge as a pet parent. So, now I'm very happy to fill in for others when they're in need. I do have a steady part-time job, which leaves me room to do what I really enjoy- caring for pets! For my first Rover gig, I provided full-time day care for a puppy, but she's all grown up now. Ideally, I would do the whole situation over again with a new puppy because being a Dog Nanny is the best and most rewarding job I have ever had-potty training and all. I prefer to have my eyes on dogs at all times. They won't be outside alone, and will not be unleashed unless we're in a safe, enclosed area. If they have snacks or toys, they'll be supervised just in case.

Mia is a wonderful cat sitter. This was the first time our two cats met her, and we were surprised by how quickly they became comfortable with her, since they are usually shy around new people. Mia took great care of them, followed the feeding instructions carefully, and was very patient and gentle with them. She also spent time playing with them and made them feel safe and happy. Emma is wonderful. She came over a few days before my trip to meet the cats, and she was able to get my skittish guy to accept some pets, which is rare (the other one had no issues with meeting her).
