About: I started off with two dogs of my own as a teenager. After so many years of joy, they're no longer with me. People are often surprised that I had a hermit crab for 10 years. He died when I went on vacation, so I am very aware of the risks we take entrusting another with the care of a beloved pet. I also have about five years experience caring for a rabbit. I miss them all dearly, but the responsibility was huge as a pet parent. So, now I'm very happy to fill in for others when they're in need. I do have a steady part-time job, which leaves me room to do what I really enjoy- caring for pets! For my first Rover gig, I provided full-time day care for a puppy, but she's all grown up now. Ideally, I would do the whole situation over again with a new puppy because being a Dog Nanny is the best and most rewarding job I have ever had-potty training and all. I prefer to have my eyes on dogs at all times. They won't be outside alone, and will not be unleashed unless we're in a safe, enclosed area. If they have snacks or toys, they'll be supervised just in case.
About: I have had a pet for all 30 years of my life! My love for animals continued to grow and I am fortunate enough to have 3 cats and 1 doggo of my own! I have pet sit for a few senior dogs and love giving them the love and attention they need! If it has paws, I’ll love them for sure! About: I've had a dog since I was little, so I grew up with dogs. I have trained my roommate's dog some tricks: gives paw, high five, spin, speak, whisper, and other tricks. I can try to train even the most stubborn of dogs, I am patient and stubborn too and will keep trying. It may take awhile. I love long walks, I usually do recall and discipline (stop, sit and wait until no more pulling) while we are on walks. I am pretty available right now when it comes to daytime. Bigger dogs will be more of a challenge for me, but as long as they don't bite I'll be okay. I am excited for this opportunity to show dogs love and take care of them.

Emma is wonderful. She came over a few days before my trip to meet the cats, and she was able to get my skittish guy to accept some pets, which is rare (the other one had no issues with meeting her).
