“My dog, Rei is generally skittish around strangers but with Forest she was at home and cuddly! Forest took great care of Rei, took her on jogs while I was away on a trip, and checked in regularly with me which helped me relax during my vacation. He was very kind and polite and followed instructions well. I would highly recommend Forest and will definitely book him again in the future. :)”

“Kelly was great! Honestly she went above and beyond with our two dogs for an in-home sitting and you can tell how much she loves taking care of animals. She did such a good job and followed their normal routines as we asked. She sent some cute updates and they definitely enjoyed each other’s company! She was respectful to our home and you could barely tell she was even there! Would highly recommend her and would hire her again to dog sit our boys.”

“Katie was amazing! She watched my dog, Molly, for the day. Katie was very accommodating to my schedule, communicated effectively and most importantly kept Molly happy and safe! I would highly recommend her to anyone.”

“Marti is fantastic! We had a meet and greet couple of weeks ago. That sealed the deal for me. She had a calming effect on my 16 month old Maltipoo. Missy snuggled up to Marti and trusted her. Marti offered to drive me and pick me up from my eye doctor appointment . It worked out great. Missy was such a good girl riding in Marti’s car. Very pleasant, stress free experience for us. Marti is a kind, smart lady. Her past experience is evident. She will watch Missy again in December at my house for a weekend. So happy to have found Marti.”

“I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Sabrina. I felt very comfortable having her stay in my home and care for my 13 year old German Shepherd. I am very cautious about who stays in my home, but I knew after meeting her and having her do a previous drop in service that I was comfortable choosing her. She took great care of my dog, walked her and gave her medications 3 times a day. She sent me several pupdates too!”

“My two dogs are everything to me. They are my babies and I usually have a family member take care of them. There was an emergency that I had to get someone else asap. I’m so happy I trusted Nafisa, my boys loved her. She was in communication with me while I was traveling and it made me feel less worried. She’s amazing!!”

About: Hello, I’m Deanna! I have lived in the Buffalo area all my life & previously have had 2 dogs. I currently have a 3 year old dog at home. I have done 100+ services on another platform with a 4.98/5 rating. I am looking for some doggy’s to socialize with, provide them with activity & get some energy out! I work remotely and am available during day for pets that need often check-ins. If your dog cannot be left alone for 4+ hours, I am your girl! I will follow instructions left by owner and check in with the owner if questions arise; everyone has their own routine and I want pet & parent as comfortable as possible.
About: Hi All!! I am moving back to Buffalo after living in West Virginia the past 10 years! Growing up with dogs, I’ve had various breeds, from a Jack Russell Terrier to a Newfoundland. I started Rover a few years ago while seeking extra work and loved it. I also babysat for friends in WV, caring for their two large dogs while they were away and checking in on them if the owners have a longer day at work. With that, I’ve gained years of experience with all size dogs, including leash training and teaching basic commands for puppies. Have two cats myself & many friends with dogs. I know how hard it is to get help when you’re at work all day or have to be gone longer than intended. I try to be very flexible so I can help out as best as I can! I will be going back to school in the spring and looking for something to do in my free time! I am going back to school and will be available most evenings except for Saturday & sunday, as well as any days I do not have classes! Saturday & Sunday days are open My main concern is for your pet to be happy and content. I definitely would recommend to meet any animals prior to set visits/walks. I enjoy to know about your pet prior to visits so I am able to understand them better!

About: I would be a great pet sitter because I am responsible, patient, and genuinely care about animals’ well-being. I am also young and energetic, which allows me to easily keep up with active dogs who need plenty of exercise, playtime, and attention. I pay close attention to routines like feeding, walking, and engagement to make sure pets feel comfortable and safe while their owners are away. Additionally, I am reliable and communicative, providing regular updates and handling any situation calmly and professionally. I am an aerospace engineering student at the University at Buffalo, with a pretty compact class schedule, so I have a lot of time to care for your animals! During the typical day I am available all through the morning and evening, with a few classes during the day, where I would be unavailable for no more than a few hours. I am a dedicated student who is very responsible and would be a great choice for your pet care! I have always had multiple animals throughout my life, and know just how to care for them! My sister is a vet, who has taught me a lot about animal health and wellness, and is also one phone call away in the event that I need further opinions on a situation. Not only that, but my experience with animals has shown me how to properly care for them, feed them, and entertain them while you are enjoying time away!
About: I have been a dog, cat and all manner of other animals mama for more than 30 years. I believe that our furbabies are family and I treat them as such. I have never met an animal that I didn't love. I look forward to loving your babies the same way that I love mine and giving them as much attention and love as they can handle. I currently work my "real job" from home and can do it anywhere there's an internet connection, so, I am hoping to make a little extra money on the side doing something that I absolutely love which is taking care of animals. I have open availability and can usually accommodate most any need within 24 hours notice and if it's something as simple as a walk that you need on the fly, I can usually accommodate with 4 hours notice. I understand that care looks different for every animal, even ones in the same home and am dedicated to taking care of your fur babies in the exact way you want them to be taken care of.
“Ryan was amazing with my two small dogs! I don’t leave home much because it’s hard to find a sitter for them and I don’t trust kennels. I wanted my dogs to be in their own home. I reached out to him on rover and he has solid reviews across the board! I was gone for three days and got tons of videos and pictures of them while away which made me feel so good knowing that they were loved. Will be using Ryan for future sitting visits!”

About: Hi! My name is Celeste. I’ve been caring for animals for 20+ years and believe every animal is special, beautiful, and has a unique personality! I helped train dogs at Petco for three years which taught me how to anticipate and correct behaviors. I will make sure they are loved, entertained, learning, and safe. You don’t have to worry about your fur baby when they’re with me :) A little more about me: I’m currently a quality control lab technologist and decided to care for dogs in my spare time. It’s a great way to get out of the house, get exercise, and meet adorable animals!! Please feel free to ask me any questions. I look forward to caring for your pets! Thanks! — Celeste

About: I have been surrounded by dogs my whole life. I have trained puppies, taken care of old dogs, and gone on more dog walks then I can count. I also have lived among cats for the past couple years learning how to take care of them. I am a student at Buffalo State University so my schedule switches every day. I would love to work with you and your pets schedule to get the best time for all of us. In a clients home depending on the pet I would make sure they got their needed exercises. For an energetic dog I have no problem playing as long as they need. For older dogs or cats I know sometimes they prefer sleeping/relaxing more than playing so I would respect that balance.
Bellevue pet parents share their Rover experiences
We really were so pleased with Sarah-I cannot even tell you what amazing care she gave our two buns and bearded dragon-it really made our time away so relaxed to know how well cared for all three of them were. She was in contact everyday with pics and info on their daily health-if I could give her more than 5 stars I would!❤️

Delen was everything I had hoped for in a pet sitter. She was kind, attentive, loving, and responsible with my animals!! I am always worried when I travel away from my furbabies and this go around I was able to be fully present and not have to worry about them at all. She took my dog on play dates, walks around town, the dog park and hung out with him at the house way more than I had expected anyone to. If you want someone watching your furbabies that you can 100% trust, book Delen. She’s a true professional but someone also very personable. Thank you Delen!!!

The dogs had a great time and really enjoyed being with Jeannine. She did take good care of them, she took them for walks and fed them. She did send too the cutest photos of my dogs Lucy and Bandit. I also really appreciate that she watched them last min for me when my other sitter unexpectly canceled the day before I left. Overall, very happy.
