About: I've grown up with pets my entire life and have had 2 of my own dogs. They both had medical issues so I am very familiar with administering medications and preparing special meals. My home is currently pet-free and I would be so happy to spend time with your dog while you're away. I have plenty of time to spend with your fur baby. I currently work part time and always have Wednesdays and Fridays-Sundays off. I also have some Tuesdays off, and if I do work on Tuesdays it is only from 8-2. Mondays can be discussed. My house has a fully fenced in backyard and I never leave dogs outside unattended. Dogs are welcome to snuggle on my furniture and in bed with me if they like. If your dog is crate trained, feel free to bring their crate or I have a large one they can use. There are no other dogs or children in my home so your dog gets my full attention!

“Mindy provided day care for my aunt's dog, Sassy, while we visited Niagara Falls from Arkansas. Sassy had never been under someone else's care and my aunt was nervous about leaving her with a "stranger". But Mindy was wonderful and allowed us to come for a 'meet and greet' when we arrived in town the day before our booking. My aunt was still nervous about leaving her the next day because Sassy, being a Maltipoo, has separation anxiety. But Mindy knew taking Sassy for a walk right after we left would be a good distraction. She was also wonderful about sending pictures and videos especially that first day and that made us feel better about leaving her. By the second day Sassy was comfortable going straight to Mindy when we arrived. Also, she was very flexible regarding drop off and pick up times.”

About: I pay close attention to pets as I do children, treating each with love, respect, compassion, and empathy. Sometimes no words are needed, just a scratch under the chin, chest, head, or ears! Other times, fuzzy friends need to be told what a great gift from God they truly are. I love being sensitive to each creature's individual needs, and cherish the special bonds formed while owners entrust me with their forever family friends. Sometimes that means going the extra mile (literally) if furry friends feel like going for a jog, hike, or swim! Thunderstorms can be the worst for some, soft spoken words, songs, and snuggles are my specialty. If a kennel is preferred I’m in full agreeance. I have been animal/house sitting for over a decade and am grateful for each opportunity given to help and serve. I am a stay at home mom with two kids and two fur babies. On weekends, my husband, kiddos (fur babes included), and I spend time in the outdoors, hiking, picnics, walks etc. Our pets and those that we watch are considered family members, therefore have our constant attention, love, and affection! We have an adequate fenced in backyard space for pups to play and enjoy frequent visits to the park. About: I have raised two dogs (one large bread and one small bread) both from puppy to 16 & 17yrs old. I have had three cats (one still residing with me). Currently I dog sit two fur babies since 2020. In a week I am losing one of my buddies due to his parents relocating. I am already missing him and am hoping to make some new walking and cuddling partners. I work part time on weekends but can sit with advanced notice. Monday til Wednesday I am available for anytime on shorter notice. When I have your furry sweetheart I do not leave them by themselves at all,so I like to schedule when there is nothing to conflict with the time I have them. When in my house they have no restrictions from me, only what the parent wants. I have an outside bathroom area on leash for quick bathroom trips. I like to go for at least one or two long walks per day, weather permitting and your dogs abilities. I live in a walkable neighborhood and close to parks. When at your house I will follow whatever routine your partner is used to.

About: I’ve had a dog all my life. I adopted my most recent pup about 2 years ago and he’s a happy pooch. We walk three times a day and visit our nearby park regularly. He gets his yearly shots and monthly nail trimmings. I am the go-to choice to sit my friends’ pups, and have senior dog and puppy experience. I work from home, so can keep an eye on the pups and play with them regularly. I currently walk my own dog three times a day, visit the nearby park (Harlem rd park) after work most days, and visit Knox Farms dog park once or twice a month in the summer. I have a small yard 90% enclosed, so walk dogs regularly. There are friendly neighborhood dogs that we can interact with. I work from home, so play with the pups often. I promptly clean up accidents, if they do happen. I do not smoke and our house does not have animal smells. It is carpeted and we have a big sectional that animals can lounge on. We have a cat that has high safe places he can go to. I reward good behavior with praise and an occasional treat. Bad behavior is met with a stern “No”, but we have not had to break that voice out lately!

About: My name is Karlyn. I started working in pet care in 2018 at a pet hotel and doggy daycare. I joined Rover in 2019, and I worked at another dog boarding facility/daycare from 2023-2025. I have extensive training in how to properly care for your dogs (and cats!) I have experience with dogs of all ages, breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I have three rescue dogs; a 12 year old Papillon named Archie, a 2 year old Papillon named Zoloft, and a 6 year old Maltipoo named Toaster! About: Hello! I have been working in vet med for 7+ years, and currently work with unusual domesticated animals such as pocket pets, reptiles and birds specifically! I have a lot of experience with dogs, cats, reptiles and small mammals. I have my own zoo at home consisting of 2 dogs, 4 guinea pigs, 3 ball pythons, a chameleon, a tenrec and a short tailed opossum! I currently am available Wednesdays and Sundays all day, as well as Saturdays after 2pm. This allows me to spend the amount of time I need to on those days I am open with the animals I see! I do not currently have the ability to board at my home, but I am receptive and detail oriented when it comes to what is required of the pet parent when pet sitting in their home! I want to do everything I can to make the process and comfortable as possible.
About: I have been a dog, cat and all manner of other animals mama for more than 30 years. I believe that our furbabies are family and I treat them as such. I have never met an animal that I didn't love. I look forward to loving your babies the same way that I love mine and giving them as much attention and love as they can handle. I currently work my "real job" from home and can do it anywhere there's an internet connection, so, I am hoping to make a little extra money on the side doing something that I absolutely love which is taking care of animals. I have open availability and can usually accommodate most any need within 24 hours notice and if it's something as simple as a walk that you need on the fly, I can usually accommodate with 4 hours notice. I understand that care looks different for every animal, even ones in the same home and am dedicated to taking care of your fur babies in the exact way you want them to be taken care of.
About: I’m a heavy hearted dog sitter with years of experience, having hosted plenty of dogs (and cats & reptiles) in the safety of my home with no problems whatsoever. I have light vet medical knowledge if you have a pup that needs the extra care. Frequent potty breaks, I like to take them outside about every hour for a tink or quick run. When the weather isn’t snow or rain they can get long walks by the water (if you approve), they always love it. I base my prices so low because I genuinely enjoy this. I am getting by & that’s all I need! Urgent emergencies or for plans ahead! I work from home for myself- I am here and available for the pets 24/7. I am my own boss and take plenty of food, potty, and walk breaks through out the day. It’s great for the dogs and myself!! And when I get back to it I still have the ability to stop what I’m doing at any given moment to give them all my attention and lovings. Being gentle, giving them comfort & space to know they are safe in this strange new place, let them explore and learn their surroundings, while making sure they get the attention/exercise that makes them have a fulfilling day, they are extremely easy to please & I love all of them!!
