About: Everyone will say that they love dogs but not only do I love dogs but all animals. I have worked in 4 AZA accredited zoos as well as Walt Disney World. I have worked with dogs, cats, lizards, snakes, donkeys, llamas and many more animals. I am able to communicate well with people about their animals as well as recognize the body language of dogs to understand if they're feeling tired, anxious etc. I also understand the patience that comes with animals, especially dogs that may feel timid around new people, and the need to calmly wait for them to accept you. I am mainly available at night on weekends and weekdays but am available anytime during the day on Saturday and Sundays. I am energetic and can keep up with many dogs by running, playing, walking long distances and more! Pet care fits into my routine very well. I’m available any night on weekends and weekdays and am available all day on Saturdays and Sundays. While caring for pets in a clients home I am respectful of their space and treat it just like I would treat my own home.
“After a late cancellation by our usual dog sitter for reasons beyond her control my son suggested Rover. In doing a search I found Nina who was close to us and thankfully available. We have a 4 year old German shepherd who is somewhat protective of my wife and I as well as our home; we also have a 1 year old Golden Retriever who is exceptionally shy. During the meet and greet it took all of 2 minutes for our shepherd to walk around the house licking Nina’s hand, Nina is a natural with dogs. It took a little longer for our shy little golden girl to warm up to her but it came through time and positive attention. Nina provided us with regular updates and excellent care for our beloved pups, we couldn’t ask for any more! On our return home the house was immaculate, the dogs were happy and well cared for, Nina was a star and set the bar so high that in the future we’ll be making our vacation plans around Nina’s availability! I currently work part-time on weekdays, so I’m available for pet care after 4:30 PM during the week. Evenings are a perfect time for walks, drop-ins, or spending quality time with pets who need company after their owners leave for work. On weekends, I’m fully available and happy to offer boarding services, since I’ll be home and can give pets my full attention. The dogs had a great time and really enjoyed being with Jeannine. She did take good care of them, she took them for walks and fed them. She did send too the cutest photos of my dogs Lucy and Bandit.
