We had a wonderful experience! Our dog absolutely loved staying with them, and it was clear he was well cared for and comfortable. They were also very flexible and accommodating when we had to revise our schedule, which we really appreciated. Great communication, reliable, and genuinely caring. We would definitely book with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy dog sitter!

We were just passing through on a road trip and landed tickets to see the Bills play so this was a last minute book. Sierra was wonderful with our Bella who has separation anxiety. She took it slow with Bella and soon Sierra had her eating (she has NEVER eaten a meal when we are not there with her), going for walks, and napping. I can tell Sierra was great with Bella because she was happy when we picked her up and went right to sleep when we got home.

Thanks so much! Crystal was very professional. She was clear about her services and what she doesn’t offer - like picking my dog up from my house - I appreciate clear boundaries. She fed him & let him out more than enough times and he seemed very happy over there. I feel safe with her watching my dog. Thank you!

About: Loving, cozy home close to the airport. I have taken care of dogs of all kinds from German shepherds to labs to cocker spaniels and pit bulls. My house is pretty close to the Buffalo airport. Great walkable neighborhood. I work part time so I have lots of time to spoil your fur baby! I have a large backyard. I have 2 cats that can easily be separated in my finished basement if your dog doesn’t like cats.

Laura was amazing with my off the wall super energetic 3 month old springer spaniel puppy!! She is a super experienced trainer and was amazing at providing a balance between structure/close monitoring for safety and a lot of fun play time for my girl. She sent a lot of updates and advice that was very helpful for our training as well! Laura went above and beyond and even gave me tons of training tips outside of the visit because my pup is very difficult and has been struggling with separation anxiety. Best value out of a Rover stay I’ve ever gotten!

This is the first time I’ve left my pups with a private daycare and I was nervous about it. I shouldn’t have been! My dogs loved it and they now run up the stairs to Alexis when we arrive in the morning. Alexis is a great communicator and I appreciate the pictures she sends. We are now regulars and I highly recommend Alexis!

About: Hi there! I'm Caitlin, and for the past 13 years, I have gained extensive education, training, and experience with all types of animals. I have been with Rover since 2014 and have had over 190 clients through the years. As a proud professional, the experience under my belt includes: - Solo management of a small, rural cat shelter - Behavioral and adoption staff at a large urban animal shelter - Dog and cat training - Fear free certification - Management staff for boarding and daycare - Professional bathing/grooming - Exotic animal handling - Bachelor's degree in Animal Behavior Besides my professional experience, I have been a pet owner my whole life - dogs, cats, and exotics included! Right now - I have four beloved cats. ** Currently, my preferred clients are cats, small dogs, seniors, and more relaxed pets. I am not suited to care for strong, energetic dogs who need extensive exercise. ** In-home boarding and dog daycare are services I vet very extensively and am particular about due to my cats. While I do offer the services, it is always better to choose a house sit/drop in visit with me instead - these I can be much more flexible about. Some other services I provide beyond the basics include: - Wedding pet care and assistance - Pet transportation - Travel pet care and assistance - and more! I am a *CONSTANT CARE SITTER!* That means, I am in your home for the vast majority of the day, due to my day job being completely remote. While some others may need to step out for a full work day, I commit my time to YOUR pet(s) and YOUR pet(s) only - which sets me apart from other sitters. You may see that my husband, Josh, is also on my profile. He will occasionally help me with some services, but I am the primary sitter. I will always let clients know if he is going to be present for any services. While I work remotely, there are times I am unable to step out for long periods. Please note that because of this, all drop ins requested must be flexible within timeframes: 7am-11am or 11am-5pm. Safety for pets and myself is and always has been my top priority. I am proudly fear free certified and have worked on extensive safety training measures in all of my professional working environments. I know how to use all types of equipment (leashes, collars, harnesses, e-collars, etc) with ease.

About: I love dogs and I've been caring for dogs for over 5 years. I love walking them and play with them. I believe dogs are human's best friends. They're the best listener when you need to talk to someone :). I would like to take care of your dog while you can't. I will make sure they're being taken good care of. I have a large fenced yard and close to a dog run. I like taking them there when the weather is nice. I will tailor your dog caring style and make sure your best friend feels like he's home. Valerie provided excellent care for Twix yesterday for an extended period of time. She kept us in the loop with cute pics and text messages which we appreciated as this was our first time leaving Twix outside our home with a care giver. Being a rescue, Twix has fear issues and is a very shy girl - Valerie displayed endless patience working to make Twix comfortable in a new environment. We will not hesitate to call on Valerie again to care for Twix.

About: I have past experience working for Wag where I walked a number of different dogs over the course of about a year and a half. I also have experience with raising, training, and caring for my own pups as well as my two cats! I work as a freelancer currently, so I will have plenty of time to stop in and care for your pet any day of the week you need me! I can accommodate any and all needs that your pets have while you are away from home! In my experience with Wag as a dog walker, I entered and re-secured many homes while owners were away.

About: One of my biggest passions is saving animals lives through fostering. My fostering experience has provided me many skills necessary to care for animals with varying needs, including young kittens, diabetic cats, XXS chihuahuas, and XXL breed dogs. Due to my experience in healthcare, I've provided many sub-cutaneous injections for diabetes maintenance and drug responsibilities. I've handled many small rodents including mice, and am comfortable with handling and providing care for smaller pets. I've managed care for animals with severe anxiety by providing them with daily psychiatric meds, and animals needing physical support with supplements, weight loss interventions (diet foods and safe, increased exercise), as well as animals with stranger fear. As a full time professional student, my mornings are often occupied by lectures, and Tuesday/Wednesday afternoons may be partially occupied for school responsibilities. I am very flexible, and can attend to pet care duties before, in between, and after my classes. I am open to over night stays and higher-maintenance care tasks, such as providing care for animals that require behavioral or psychiatric support during their family members absence. I enjoy playing with pets, within their boundaries of comfort. I have become apt at recognizing animals mood states, so I can properly respond to fear, excitement, anxiety, pulling on the leash, and over reactivity as necessary. I enjoy taking dogs on frequent walks if that is comfortable for them, and give occasional treats to reward 'good' behavior, such as sitting or laying down on command, and waiting to be fed. I am comfortable being cuddly with animals, and being very close and physical with them, if that fits in their boundaries. In my apartment I cannot host dogs, however, there are many parks and fields right in my backyard that I can bring your dogs to that they will enjoy.

Lauren was amazing! We had never left Kirby with anyone other than family for pet sitting so we were very nervous. These nerves were completely unfounded because Lauren made the experience fun, safe and welcoming for Kirby. She came home every day exhausted and happy after playing with Winnie (Lauren’s sweet pup) all day and getting some special treats like pup cups. We would not hesitate to book Lauren again. She was communicative, helpful and is clearly a genuine dog lover. Thank you Lauren!

As of September 2026, there are 216 sitters on Rover offering Doggy Day Care across Williamsville. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.

Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Williamsville commute.

If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.

Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.

A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.

Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:

  • For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
  • For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
  • For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.

Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.

Many sitters in NY ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Yes, Rover is well-suited for finding sitters who can care for your pet within 24 hours. With 216 sitters in Williamsville, 86% respond to messages in under an hour.

You can message multiple sitters simultaneously to find the fastest available match. If you need care today or tomorrow, you can look for sitters with a "calendar last updated" notice on their profiles.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
