“Andrew took fantastic care of our puppy Ellie! Since she is still a puppy and needs frequent potty breaks, he took her out every 1.5-2 hours. He also sent us pictures of Ellie everyday, so we felt at ease knowing that she is happy and doing well. He also has a dog, Peanut, who was a great playmate for Ellie. Normally she is pretty shy around other dogs, but she was able to warm up to Peanut pretty quickly. Definitely recommend him for taking care of your pup!”

“Annalisa was amazing! She made my (nervous) pup feel comfortable, and waited a bit to allow him to adjust before introducing him to the other pups. She sent me lots of pictures and kept me updated on how he was doing. And he had a great time!”

“Being away from your family member is always difficult, however, Ivana made the separation much easier with her daily updates and photos during Kuro's one week stay. Ivana was very flexible, communicated well and in a timely matter, and even accommodated us with our late night pick-up, so that we could see our baby as soon as we landed. She was very caring, asked about Kuro's routine, so she could adapt to his schedule vs Kuro adapting to hers, so the transition to a new environment seemed less stressful to Kuro. He always looked happy and relaxed in his photos (maybe too relaxed like the couch potato that he is), but that made it easier for us to relax and enjoy our vacation knowing he was in good, loving hands. We definitely recommend Ivana and look forward to booking her again for our next vacation!”

“Pamela was wonderful! My 13 year old Maltese was very well taken care of. He scored extra walks, ice in his water on hot days and lots of affection. I know because Pamela knew all the right questions to ask, was communicative, and sent pictures. Best of all Otis came home super relaxed - a sign of a great stay. “Trishalee took good care of my little Peluche. She made sure Peluche was well fed, had his outdoor exercise time, got his multiple eye drops, and dropper remedies. Trishalee reported that he hardly whined while I was away, and Peluche can be quite a whiner! Peluche is a senior dog and I didn’t have enough time before my trip to leave detailed written instructions, but Trishalee managed Peluche’s care very well. She kept me up to date with photos and videos, and even washed all his meal containers! Peluche seemed right at home when I came to pick him up. Thanks so much, Trishalee!”

I had never left any of my dogs with anyone unless it was a family member, so to say that I was extremely nervous would be an understatement. This is why I say, what a blessing they are. They heard my concerns with Nico (my dog) and implemented the necessary steps to make sure Nico was safe and happy. I feel that if Nico could talk he would have asked me to stay longer with them.
