“Taylor is awesome. All a pet owner wants is two things: happy dog and happy human. Happy dog: Cassie always wags her tail every time we pull up to Taylor’s house. She seems to be having a great time from the photos Taylor sends Happy human: Taylor is incredibly responsible, communicative, and sends photos every day. He knows Rovers terms of service in a way I have never seen with any other sitter. Just so so so professional. Will use again in the future for sure!!”

“Poppy had a great time with Derek and Stella (and their dog Lucy). I received a lot of update photos and videos of Poppy while she was staying with them. Additionally they were able to accommodate me needing them to last minute keep her for a few additional hours and accommodated a late pm pickup. Will definitely be using them again!!”

“Lynn was wonderful with Daisy. She sent frequent updates and Daisy seemed right at home with her! Will definitely reach out to her again for future pet sitting needs!”

“Isabel was very good with Snowy's stay in all aspects. Good communications, appointments for dropoff and pickup, especially with giving twice daily insulin injections for Snowy after meals. I'll look forward to working with Isabel for Snowy's next boarding needs.”

“Our dog loves her! Our dog always comes back happy and whenever she sees Yang she’s always happy to see her! Yang is also extremely kind and helpful. She’s awesome!”

“Anne was so great with Remy and I would definitely use her again! She sent lots of photos and an update on how Remy’s day was which gave me peace of mind on my trip. Anne was super flexible and accommodating with timing of pickup and drop off as well. Overall, highly recommend!”

“Lei was reliable and very experienced with pet care. Pablo had such a wonderful time, enjoying both her family and her sweet elderly dog Winston. She sent daily (sometimes multiple times a day) photos and observations so we always knew what Pablo was up to and how he fared. I would absolutely book agai. With Lei!”

“Jesse was great dog-sitter - from initial communication, photos, and pick up. We knew our little Cookie was in good hands. Jesse has a very nice and clean apartment. Would definitely call Jesse again when we are in town visiting my parents. A+”

“Monica was fantastic with Wick! We did a meet and greet, and then a park walk together the next day to ensure that Mila (her sweet Shih Tzu) and Wick got along. She communicated well, sent pics and videos. And she has a dog step which is helpful for small senior dogs to protect their joints. She genuinely understands dogs, not just 'sells' it. I will definitely use Monica again!”

“Fabiano was great—very flexible with timing and quick to respond. He also sent photos of my dog and seemed like she har a great time with their dog, which was really nice to see.”

“Sara is an excellent sitter who takes extra special care of my elderly dog, making sure he gets his medicines and eats his meals. I appreciate all the love she's shown him and trust that he'll be in great hands when he's with her.”

“This is the second time Vanda has looked after our cat and she and her family are just amazing caregivers. It is a lot for a cat to be moved to someone else’s house and ours really does enjoy her stay with Vanda and family. And to be honest I think they enjoy being with the cat too!”

“This was my first time leaving my pup with Brandon and I’m so glad I did. He came very highly recommended and I felt completely confident and comfortable knowing Brandon is so good at what he does and I definitely appreciate the frequent pics/updates. Thank you Brandon for taking care of my baby! ??”

“Remo was great! Temuka came home very tired and happy. Remo sent tons of photos of all the many adventures they went on over the weekend. He also agreed to do a quick meet and greet beforehand which was a nice peace of mind. Would definitely use Remo again. :)”

“Tatiana was great! Kuriboh got along with her dogs and had so much fun this weekend. I know he got a lot of play and walk time because now he's sleeping super soundly :) Thank you Tatiana!”

“Nancy watched our dog Rusty while we were way for the weekend and did an amazing job. She was communicative, calm, and accommodating and even dropped off the treat bag we left behind. We'd totally trust her to take our dog again :)”

Randy did an amazing job taking care of Luna and Mason while we were away for almost two weeks! I love that he kept them active with long walks, hikes, and beach days, exactly the kind of outings I would take my girls on myself. He updated us with many photos throughout the trip that kept us smiling and completely at ease knowing they were having an amazing time. We came home to two very happy girls and couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend Randy to anyone looking for a sitter who genuinely cares for your dogs like his own!

I’m very particular about my dog sitters, and Emily was absolutely fantastic! She helped us out last minute, was incredibly accommodating with drop-off and pickup times, and wrote the absolute best updates throughout Ellie’s stay. I felt so relieved knowing Ellie was happy and in the best hands. We’ll absolutely book with Emily again!

Vanessa took very well care of Shadow. She was able to earn Shadows trust and appreciation. Which can be difficult at times for others to obtain. We are very happy of the care she provided and how helpful she was to continue administrating his daily medication. Will definitely book again with her and would recommend her to anyone with a pet with separation anxiety that might need special care and lots of patience like mine did. Thank you very much Vanessa and Kenzo :)

Abdel is AWESOME. He watched my dog Santi for 2 weeks and Santi came back very happy and healthy! Highly recommend Abdel as a sitter. Santi is very leash reactive so sometimes I worry when other people walk him but Abdel took care to avoid other dogs on walks and even gave me some tips for walking Santi on my own! He made sure Santi was well fed, exercised, and gave him his nightly anxiety medicine without fail. Thank you Abdel!!!

Raquel was a hero for our dog and for us this past weekend. Our dog developed a stomach illness during his first night, and Raquel was quick to communicate his symptoms, set up consultation with Rover services, and tend to all of our poor guy’s needs throughout his sickness. She was available to talk to me on the phone to fill me in on his symptoms and determine a solution with his vet. She even graciously went to his veterinarian’s office to pick up medication for him. We are so grateful that Raquel was the person watching our dog this past weekend while he was unwell! While we were still worried about him, she helped significantly ease our anxiety knowing that she was watching him closely and giving him plenty of cuddles while he felt sorry for himself. Once he started feeling better, she was lovely enough to bring him for a good play session “because he deserves some fun” after his sick days. We would absolutely recommended Raquel! She’s professional, kind, and dedicated to taking care of the pups in her care.

Angel was a great host to my bonded pair of senior dogs. He has the perfect setup for them and is conveniently located in downtown SF for those that need to do drop-off on the way to work. He was responsive and and seemed to genuinely enjoy my old mutts, who had a nice, relaxing day, with all their needs met. I will use Angel again.
