About: I’ve been a dog lover my entire life and grew up surrounded by pups, especially snow dogs, which will always have a special place in my heart. My last dog was a husky who I had for 13 wonderful years, so I’ve had hands-on experience caring for dogs through every stage of life, from energetic puppies to senior companions. These days, I don’t currently have a dog of my own, which means when I care for yours, they’ll get my full, undivided attention in a true 1:1 setting. I’m very intentional about creating a calm, safe, and personalized environment. No overcrowding, no competing pets, just focused care tailored to your dog’s needs and personality. I especially love huskies (and other active breeds), and I’m very comfortable with their energy levels, quirks, and need for stimulation. Living in Marin is a huge bonus for the dogs I watch. I spend a lot of time trail running and exploring around Mt. Tam, so your dog will get plenty of fresh air, adventure, and enrichment (if they’re up for it!). Whether your dog is high-energy and loves the outdoors or prefers a slower, more relaxed pace, I’m happy to meet them where they are and make sure they feel right at home. I work at LinkedIn as a program manager and am super grateful they let me work remotely! When I'm traveling (while working), I love trail running, cycling, and eating sushi. I usually come back to the Bay Area a few times a year for in-person work events. Otherwise, I'm usually on a trail somewhere in the mountains. I have a fenced yard, but will only allow dogs outside if they are being watched. Dogs are always allowed on furniture, but if you prefer them not to be, I will be sure to reinforce proper training to them.

About: I keep my prices low because it feels like the right thing to do. I specialize in small dogs (up to 30#) and provide a cozy, calm home environment, where they get plenty of individual attention, playtime and affection.. I also have experience caring for Senior dogs, and understand the extra patience and gentle care that they sometimes need. I’m comfortable administering medication and following special routines to make sure older pups stay comfortable and well cared for. I treat every dog like it’s my own, so you can feel confident that your little one is in loving attentive hands. Your dog will be our only guest unless you have two dogs in your family and that’s the only way we’ll have multiple dogs. Your pet will never be left alone! I’m a retired nurse so my schedule is open and flexible. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine allowing me to give dogs in my care plenty of attention throughout the day, including walks, playtime and cuddle time. I only take in one dog at a time unless they come from the same family, in that case I’ll take two and discount the second dog. Additionally, I can easily accommodate medication schedules, and each dog’s routine. Safety, trust, and a calm environment are my top priorities when caring for dogs. I provide a secure, pet-friendly home where small dogs can relax and feel comfortable. I keep pet parents updated with messages and photos while they’re away. My goal is to create a peaceful, loving space where dogs feel cared for and right home. I know how expensive pet care can be so, as a courtesy, I keep my Rover prices as low as I can. Hope it helps.
