Most importantly, Mochi was so comfortable with him and didn’t show any separation anxiety, which was a huge relief for us. Michael took her on daily walks, gave her lots of care and attention, and sent us video updates so we could see how she was doing. I am a first time user of Rover and it was such a great experience! Ellen was so great with our 4.5 month old puppy. We did a meet up before our trip so we could meet. She has the perfect set up for dogs at her home. She was caring for a couple other dogs, including a puppy, so it was great socialization for ours. Ellen's temperament is sweet and caring - there is no doubt she is a dog lover! I am so happy to have found her. We will definitely use her again!
We had such a great experience with Alisa! She was very communicative and took wonderful care of Maverick. Her whole family welcomed him in and gave him lots of love and attention. We felt so comfortable knowing he was in great hands and will absolutely be booking with her again!
Sarah was great with my pup, who is usually pretty high maintenance and has a lot of anxiety when I leave. Sarah sent a lot of photos and updates and I was glad to see her doing well and socializing with some other small dogs too! My dog up was also super calm when I picked her up.
Caroline did a phenomenal job taking care of our little guy. She was able to move her schedule around to accommodate a meet and greet before we left town, and we instantly knew that Odie would be in good hands. We got plenty of updates and photos along the way. Would recommend Caroline to anyone looking for a top notch sitter.
Rosa and Kevin took great care of Lulu. Lulu ate some garbage. They took Lulu to an emergency veterinarian and had her stomach pumped. probably saving Lulu much discomfort or serious inflammation/internal injury. These people have earned our maximum respect, for caring for their boarder. We would recommend them to other Rover boarders.
Our dog had an amazing time with Diana! We got frequent updates on their fun adventures from the dog parks to running around her house and helping with homework (lol), and much more! Honestly our dog has been so well behaved after spending ~6 days with Diana. Highly recommend to everyone!
Mariia and Ethan were just flat out fantastic! They immediately sent pics, videos, and written updates about my dog. Each time they were showing or stating where they were, what they were doing, and how he was responding. They did this morning, mid day and evening. It was comforting to me for having that while I was away. But the literal SMILE on my dog’s face said it all. They were so caring, thoughtful and detailed in his care as well. The added bonus was my meatball dog was returned fit, calm and happy. I could not give a higher recommendation. Will definitely be using them as my go to. They are wonderful!
