Pet care fits really naturally into my routine. I already have a pretty calm, steady day to day, so having animals around just feels like a really nice part of it. I’m very mindful about building my day around them, making sure they’re fed on time, comfortable, getting fresh air, and have the right balance of attention and space. I like being present with them, not just checking a box. It’s something I genuinely enjoy, so it feels easy and intentional, and I make sure each pet feels settled and cared for throughout the day

Safety, trust & environment

I like to keep things really consistent with what your pet is used to. Whether they’re in my home or I’m coming to yours, I follow their routine closely so everything feels familiar and low stress. In my home, it’s a calm, comfortable environment with lots of attention, regular outdoor time, and space for them to settle in at their own pace. I’m very present and make sure they feel safe, relaxed, and cared for the entire time. In a client’s home, I’m really respectful of both the space and the pet’s routine. I keep things clean, stick to feeding and walk schedules, and spend quality time with them so they’re not just being checked on, they’re actually being cared for. I also stay in touch with updates so you always know how things are going.

Information Siena C. would like to know about your pet

Any quirks, favorite routines, or special needs are always good to know ahead of time. I also like to hear how your pet interacts with other dogs and people, as well as their regular walking and feeding schedule. The more I know about their personality and what makes them happy, the easier it is to make them feel right at home

A typical day

It really depends on the dog and what they enjoy, but I love getting them out and exploring. We’re right by Cascade Canyon, so hikes and long walks are a big part of the routine. I also take them on beach walks or to the dog park if that’s something they’re used to and enjoy. If they’re more playful, we’ll mix in toys and a little playtime, and if they’re more low key, we keep things relaxed and just enjoy being outside. I’m pretty intuitive with dogs, so I just follow their energy and make sure they’re getting a good mix of movement, fresh air, and downtime.

Pet care experience

I offer a really personal, dependable alternative to kennels or typical boarding. I usually only take one family at a time, so your dog gets a ton of one-on-one attention in a calm, home setting. It’s just me and my partner, and we’re right at the base of hiking trails, so your pet will get plenty of fresh air and good walks, along with close supervision and thoughtful care throughout the day and night. I’ll keep you updated while you’re away so you can feel good knowing your pet is happy and taken care of. For everyone’s comfort, I just ask that pets come clean and freshly bathed, especially for longer stays.

Siena watched my 2 large dogs for a few days on a last minute work trip. She was very easy to communicate with and very responsive and accommodating. She sent cute photos of my dogs on walks and snuggling on her couch - they had the best time! The dogs can’t wait to come back :)

The best of the best. Warm, loving, empathetic, genuine, and attention to all details of care. Siena gave medication without complaint and sent daily pictures with progress reports. I am so grateful I found Siena

Highly recommend! Siena was amazing with our dog. Very communicative with me and sent sweet pics throughout his stay - they got out for walks and he came back mellow and happy.
