Professional full-time sitter
I have an extensive dog training/dog behavior background. I grew up surrounded by multiple dogs of different breeds. I’m a full-time sitter. I have 20+ years of experience in taking care of dogs of all different types, sizes and behaviors. I’m tall and athletic and can easily handle any type of dog. I am caring, reliable and communicative. I live in a house and I have a big, nice & sunny fenced backyard (please refer to backyard/home photos on my profile). For clarification, pups on my bed on the photo on my profile are not here full time, just previous client’s pups. All other photos of pups on my profile were also taken at my place :) I have experience with dogs that have separation anxiety, reactive dogs, shy/skittish/rescued dogs, senior dogs, dogs with special needs, high energy dogs, puppies, big or small dogs. **For clients looking for house sitting** - if you’re looking for house sitting strictly, unfortunately this is not a good fit as I only do boarding. A lot of clients first search for house sitting but are also open to boarding which is why I have house sitting showing as available on my profile.

Ellen was a phenomenal sitter for our pup Flynn! She accommodated early drop off and some last minute change in plans. Flynn got to play a lot and she sent plenty of pics. Highly recommend and will use her again!
Ellen was the best! Her communication before and during the time our dog stayed with her was excellent. And Frida came home happy and tired! We will definitely have Frida hang out with Ellen again.
We did a meet and greet before to make sure it was a good fit. Ellen was prompt and professional at drop off and pick up. She took care of my two dogs, sent update photos, and responded quickly to inquiries. Both dogs were returned all sound and solid. Thank you Ellen!
Our little dog spent almost a week with Ellen and she came back happy & well cared for. I’ll go back to Ellen next time I need a sitter
Ellen came to my rescue after my other plans fell through on short notice. I appreciated her quick response and that she arranged a meet up for that afternoon. My dog is elderly and losing his hearing but I know he was in excellent hands with Ellen. I would definitely book again.
