🐾 Dogs — What to Expect First meeting: I always recommend a quick meet-and-greet before any booking so your dog can sniff out the space, meet my crew, and let us know how they feel. No pressure, just vibes. Feeding & routine: Your dog's schedule is my schedule. I follow your feeding times, portions, and any dietary needs to the letter — consistency matters, especially in a new environment. Exercise & play: Daily walks are a given, and I know Marin's trails well. Depending on your dog's energy level, we'll do neighborhood strolls or hit the trails. Yard time is always on the table too. Bedtime: Dogs are welcome to sleep wherever they're comfortable — couch, dog bed, or a cozy corner. I follow your lead on what they're used to. Updates: You'll get at least one photo update per day, usually more. I know you're going to wonder how they're doing — I just take the guessing out of it. 🐱 Cats — What to Expect First meeting: For boarding, I encourage a short drop-off visit first so your cat can get a feel for the space before committing. For shy cats especially, this makes a big difference. Feeding & routine: I follow your cat's exact feeding schedule, portions, and any medication routine without cutting corners. Cats notice everything — I try to keep things as familiar as possible. Settling in: Some cats warm up in an hour, some take a day or two. I give them full permission to hide, observe, and come around on their own terms. No forcing it. Play & enrichment: When they're ready, I engage — wand toys, lap time, whatever your cat is into. I take my cues from them. Updates: Daily photo updates, always. Even if it's just your cat staring at a wall — honestly those are my favorite ones to send.

🐾 Dogs — Safety, Trust & Environment My home is a lived-in, dog-friendly space — not a sterile setup, but a real family home where dogs are genuinely welcome. We have a secure yard, two dogs of our own who love meeting new friends, and kids who know how to respect animals and give them space when needed. For boarding, I keep a close eye on how dogs interact, especially during introductions, and I never leave them unsupervised until I'm confident everyone's comfortable. My two are social and easygoing, which makes the settling-in process a lot smoother for most visitors. I follow your emergency vet information and will always contact you before making any medical decisions. For walks, I stay on leash in unfamiliar areas and only let dogs off leash in designated spaces if you've explicitly okayed it. I know the neighborhood well and stick to safe, dog-friendly routes. Your dog won't just be watched — they'll be included. 🐱 Cats — Safety, Trust & Environment I have cats of my own, so I know how to create a calm, low-stress environment for a visiting kitty. We also have two dogs in the home — but cats who board with us have a completely separate, dog-free space where they can eat, sleep, and decompress without ever crossing paths with them. No shared zones, no surprise encounters. For boarding, I give new cats time to settle into their space before any gradual introductions are considered — and only if you're open to it. No forced interactions, ever. I keep windows and doors secure, know the hiding spots to check, and never leave food or anything potentially harmful within reach. Medications are given carefully and on schedule, documented so nothing gets missed. For drop-in visits, I treat your home exactly as you'd want it treated — tidy, secure, and undisturbed. I do a quick walkthrough each visit to make sure everything looks right before I leave. Your cat's comfort and safety isn't an afterthought. It's the whole point.

Warm Mill Valley Home for Your Dog
Experiencia en el cuidado de mascotas
Hi, I'm Diana! Your dog is family — and when they're with me, I treat them that way too. I'm a Mill Valley local and dog mom to a crew of my own (yes, all sizes — we don't discriminate). Our home is warm, active, and kid-friendly, with a yard to roam and some of Marin's best trails right at our doorstep. I'm also a certified yoga instructor, which is a fancy way of saying I bring a lot of patience and calm energy to everything I do — including caring for your pup. Whether your dog needs a leisurely neighborhood walk, a quick drop-in check, or a cozy place to sleep while you're away, I'm here and genuinely flexible. I know how stressful it can be to leave your dog behind, so my goal is simple: keep you updated, keep them happy, and send you home to a tail-wagging reunion. Mill Valley is my backyard. Your dog is in good hands. 🐾

Reseñas

Leo had a fantastic day with Diana and her family !! Leo got to go to the beach, went for long walks and the best part--- he arrived super tired and content. Thank you !!

Our dog had an amazing time with Diana! We got frequent updates on their fun adventures from the dog parks to running around her house and helping with homework (lol), and much more! Honestly our dog has been so well behaved after spending ~6 days with Diana. Highly recommend to everyone!
Diana is the kind of person you trust immediately — calm, genuinely kind, and clearly in her element with dogs. My pup took to her right away, which says everything. She doesn't just care for animals, she actually loves them. Highly recommend!
