I am a genuine, caring animal lover with a special place in my heart for dogs. Ever since I was young, I knew I wanted to spend time caring for animals and making them feel safe, happy, and loved. Born and raised in Marin County and a graduate of SFSU, I have over 20 years of experience caring for pets. I’ve worked with dogs of all sizes, breeds, ages, and energy levels, and I enjoy getting to know each dog’s unique personality and needs. Whether it’s a run, walk, hike, trip to a dog-friendly café, or a cozy cuddle session on the couch, I love providing both physical exercise and mental stimulation for my canine companions. I always strive to make pets feel comfortable, engaged, and well cared for while their owners are away. I work from home in corporate event management, which allows me to be with your furry friend throughout the day and provide plenty of attention, companionship, and care. Myki had a great time with Monica and Bodie! He’s stayed with them multiple times and we can tell he feels at home there
Monica was very sweet with our puppy, who is nearly two and has lots of energy. We would definitely want to hire her again to be with him.
Monica gave amazing care to our beagle over a 5 night stay. She is communicative and organized, gave our dog plenty of walks and outdoors time, and attentive to our dog’s needs. We would love to have her dogsit for us again.

Charlie has been going to daycare with Monica for a couple weeks now and it’s been going great! She is very easy to communicate with and flexible with schedule. Charlie seems to be happy to spend time with Monica and Bodie.

Schedule
I work remotely, which allows me to be home with your pet throughout the day and provide plenty of attention, companionship, and care. I genuinely enjoy having furry coworkers around and love incorporating them into my daily routine!

When pets stay in my home, they become part of the family. I follow their regular routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, and bedtime habits. With over 20 years of experience caring for animals, I am comfortable caring for dogs of all sizes, breeds, ages, and energy levels. My goal is to provide a safe, loving, and stress-free environment where your pet feels comfortable, happy, and right at home while you’re away. I also have experience caring for senior dogs and administering medications when needed.

A typical day
Because I work remotely, your pet will receive plenty of attention, companionship, and supervision throughout the day. We enjoy daily walks, neighborhood adventures, hikes on Marin trails, playtime, and, of course, plenty of cuddles.
