“This past week Etna was scheduled to house sit for 4 days for Kody, our 4 yr old, 125 lb. Bernese Mountain dog. Just befor she was supposed to arrive, she injured herself at her home. It delayed her arrival and care plan. Etna was a true professional in contacting us immediately at the airport to work with us in organizing a care plan. She managed to get a friend to help her care for Kody while she got medical care. She is the professional pet care professional that we all hope for to care for our beloved pets. She even asked me where my cleaning supplies were, so she could clean up after herself and Kody before she left! I am very pleased with my first experience with Etna! Kody was healthy and happy all the long week! And she sent us lots of pictures of him!”

“We are so grateful to have found Heather! It has been a long search for a responsible and friendly pet sitter and it has finally come to an end. Look no further, Heather is it. I have two needy dogs, an elderly cranky French Bulldog (that can also be a sweetheart) and a very hyper and youthful 18month love bug that is still in training (she is a rescue). Heather was excellent with both. She mimicked the training I am doing for Dipsea and she was patient and loving with them both. The place was spotless when we returned for our trip and Heather kept in touch with us the entire time we where gone and made sure the doggies had a potty break before we got home so we could unwind without rushing to let them out. She is excellent!”
