About: I've had dogs in my life since I was a middle schooler. Between my family dogs and dogs who have lived in my home since then I have been responsible for at least 7 dogs, of all shapes, sizes and demeanors. I've kept moody Dachshunds, energetic Shelties, even tempered Retrievers and even rescue Pitbulls. I love hiking and getting outdoors, and bringing a canine friend along. I currently have one dog of my own, a peppy rescue mix, and he is my best friend I am available to dog/house sit very regularly. Ocassionally I do have to leave home for work, and that is typically up to 4 hours. We had a very complicated booking, due to last minute changes that were out of our control. Parke was understanding, flexible, reliable, and took phenomenal care of our two busy Doodles. One required daily medication, and Parke did not let us down. Daily check ins were appreciated and very reassuring. We arrived home to find two happy, healthy pups, Five stars isn’t enough! Pat was wonderful! She radiates calm, and our nervous dog immediately liked her, which is genuinely unusual. She's also friendly and fun to talk to, which is a plus for the owners! She was fine with giving medications to our dog who is still recovering from CCL surgery, and with keeping him quiet in general. She kept us up-to-date with texts and photos, and the house was spotless. She was the perfect person for our pup.
