I’ve owned dogs and cats for most of my life, from a three-legged Rottie named Goose, to Golden Retrievers, to Buster, a beloved mutt who loved long walks in the woods. I’ve cared for pets for neighbors, friends, and many happy clients, whether I was visiting them or they were visiting me. I’m very comfortable caring for dogs of all kinds, including walking, feeding, bathing, giving medications, potty breaks, and everything in between. Many happy humans — according to their pets!

I care for pets by keeping their routine as normal and comfortable as possible. I follow each owner’s instructions closely for feeding, walks, potty breaks, medications, playtime, and any special needs. In a client’s home, I’m respectful, tidy, and attentive. I make sure pets feel safe and cared for, keep their spaces clean, and provide regular updates so owners know how things are going. My goal is to give each pet calm, reliable care and plenty of attention while their humans are away.

Jacob was very responsive and a great pet sitter! Our rescue dog is shy and a bit difficult around new people but he was able to manage her well and was patient while she warmed up to him. We highly recommend him!
Our dogs love Jacob and it clearly seems like he knows what he's doing. I trust him to take care good care of the dogs, he also came with recommendations from other people in my neighborhood.
Jacob is an absolute gift. After sitting for me six times, he’s now lovingly referred to as “Uncle Jacob” in my house. Quite simply, his heartfulness, care, attention to detail, and trustworthiness are unparalleled. Jacob always gives my house and my five animals such loving energy while I’m frequently away on work and personal travel. In particular, he demonstrates extra patience and compassion for my elderly Frenchie, Isabella. Every time I return from a trip, I’m greeted by happy, healthy fur babies and a spotlessly clean, well-tended house. Jacob is a rare treasure and I can’t heap enough praise upon this wonderful soul.
Jacob has taken care of my cat and dog for many years now, straight into their old age! He is patient and calm with them and when it comes to my quirky dog, Jacob is a regular dog whisperer. Both have to take medications, and he is meticulously with dispensing them. I trust him implicitly with my pets and my home and it gives me tremendous piece of mind when I go away to know that they are well taken care of. PLUS he sends me regular pics of them having fun while I'm gone!
I couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter than Jacob! He was amazing with both Luna and Sparkles. My neighbors even commented on how calm and at ease my dog seemed with him, which really speaks to his natural connection with animals. He truly has a gift with pets. Jacob kept me updated regularly, which I really appreciated, and I came home to a perfectly clean apartment. I would absolutely work with him again and highly recommend him.

Zeitplan
Pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, so walks, feeding, playtime, potty breaks, and check-ins never feel like an interruption — they are usually one of the best parts of my day. I’m active and outdoors often, so I’m happy to build my schedule around regular walks, longer outings when appropriate, and plenty of attention at home. I’m also comfortable with more detailed care needs, including medications, specific feeding routines, bathing, and keeping pets on the schedule they’re used to. Whether I’m caring for dogs, cats, or both, I like to keep things calm, consistent, and reliable so pets feel safe and their humans feel comfortable while they’re away.
