“Connor was a great sitter for our 3 dogs! Our youngest dog has a lot of energy and he instantly calmed her when he came by to meet us a few weeks in advance. You can tell he truly loves animals and has experience with those that require extra care. When we returned after he stayed with them, they were all happy. You could tell he took great care of them and our house. We couldn’t be happier and look forward to seeing him again in the future!”

“Krystle very lovingly cared for my puppies and was soooo patient with their potty training! She was an excellent houseguest--brought in our mail and packages, brought in our garbage cans, and washed her own linens and puppies laundry before our return. She sent daily pics and updates assuring us the puppies were getting exercised, cared for, and cuddled. The house and puppies were in excellent condition on our arrival. Thank you so much, Krystle; you made our vacation extra enjoyable!”

“We got Andy to do an 8-day house sit with our 7-year old Aussie Shepherd mix. Andy was very communicative from the start (but not overly so), reliably followed the walking / meal schedule we requested, sent us photos of our pup every day during the sit, and left the house spotless. He's our best Rover experience to date, and we wouldn't hesitate to book him again!”

I am completely free after 2pm most of the week and available on weekends depending on availability. Please let me know what works best for you, thank you :) I will stay close to your pet(s) and make sure that they are comfortable and well taken care of. Pets mean so much to me and I this feeling extends to others’ pets.
“Parke stayed over the holiday break and was a thoughtful and engaged house and pet sitter for my two dogs Oreo (9) and Apollo (1) along with cat Amelia. His care and communication were incredible, I am so grateful to have found him on Rover. I look forward to having him stay again in the future. Thank you Parke!”

“David is an incredible sitter! He connected with all four (yes, FOUR) of my animals (3 cats + 1dog) while we were away. He provided frequent updates with pictures and didn’t hesitate asking questions. David offers a calm energy, is completely attentive, enjoys playing and connecting with each animal and bonded with them so effortlessly - he is amazing! Thank you, David, for taking such incredible care of our fur-family!”

“Jackie watched my two frenchies and my house while I was away on a long weekend trip to the east coast. She was extremely professional, communicative, and my dogs loved having her stay. They also loved having a new buddy Finley, her gentle beagle to hang out with ! She took fantastic care of my house as well, even going the extra mile to wash sheets, dishes and I came home to a clean house and happy dogs !”

“Jennifer was amazing with my dogs. She kept me informed and updated on the dogs while I was away. I got some fun videos and photos to on their adventures. The house was well maintained and cared for.”

About: I have owned and cared for dogs and cats for many years. I love taking dogs on walks that are just the right pace and distance for them. I mostly work from home and can adjust my schedule as needed most of the time. Morning and evening walks are ideal during the Summer months as it can get hot for both the dog and me. I make sure the pet has clean water, clean food bowls, food portioned and prepared as directed. I like to sit with the pet or walk the dog and talk to them in an encouraging tone.
“Maggie was wonderful to work with! She was easy to communicate with from start to finish, sent photos every day, and was very attentive to our dog. We felt completely comfortable knowing our home and pet were in such good hands. We would happily book with her again and highly recommend her to others.”

“Mari was a wonderful dog sitter for our two dogs. She obviously loves animals and our dogs loved her. When we returned after a week our dogs were content and happy. I don’t think they missed us! I could see they had been well cared for and she left our house very clean. She sent photos and texts daily. She is kind and loving and we will be booking her whenever we go away!”

“Vanessa watched our sweet lab Utah for 10 days while we went on vacation. I could tell Vanessa truly loves caring for animals as she spent so much time with Utah to make sure she was happy. Utah got multiple walks a day, played fetch at the park and lots of snuggles. It was quite a challenge to get Utah to part ways with Vanessa once we returned from vacation. They had become the best of buds. We are so glad to have finally found our go-to sitter for when we leave town. We also made her our regular walker as Utah demands having her in our lives!”

About: When I provide pet care, I focus on giving each animal the same comfort, routine, and attention they’re used to with their family. I work with pets of all kinds—dogs, cats, reptiles and am open to any other animals! I always take the time to understand their personality and specific needs. What sets me apart is my attentive, hands-on approach. I make sure every pet is fed on schedule, cared for according to their routine, and given plenty of love, playtime, and supervision. Whether a pet needs walks, litter cleaning, medication reminders, enrichment, or simply calm companionship, I adjust to whatever helps them feel safe and happy. My goal is to ensure every pet feels secure, relaxed, and genuinely cared for—no matter the setting and no matter how long you’re away. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine. I work full-time but have the flexibility to work from home, which allows me to check in on pets, provide walks, or spend time with them throughout the day. Mornings and evenings are always open for visits, feeding, playtime, or walks, and I’m also available on weekends for longer stays or more frequent care. My schedule is easy to move around so I can accommodate each pet’s routine so they stay comfortable and consistent. I always prioritize safety, comfort, and cleanliness in both my home and my clients’ homes. I follow all care instructions exactly as given, keep spaces clean and organized, use leashes and secure areas during walks, and make sure pets are never left in unsafe situations. I also keep in close communication so owners feel confident their pet is safe and well cared for. I have stayed over night in many of my clients homes, including one couple whom I never actually even met face to face!
“Pat stayed with our 2 kitties for a long weekend and we could not have been happier with her service. We have a huge book of instructions both for our cats (with rather complicated feedings, meds and various foods etc...), and for the house itself. She was glad to have the guidebook and managed to have a very relaxing time. The cats warmed up to her more than any other sitter we've had in the recent past. When we returned home the house was just as we left it and our kitties were totally relaxed. We will definitely be looking to hire her again!”

“Jody is an exceptional dog sitter who provided outstanding care for our 7-year-old Border Collie during a 10-day house sitting stay. She was incredibly attentive, sending regular updates that kept us reassured and connected while away. Jody’s passion for animals was evident in her attentive care, keeping our dog happy, active, and at ease throughout her stay. She left our home spotless and well maintained, exceeding all expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a more reliable, caring, and professional pet sitter—Thank you Jody!”

Renee recently did a house and dog sit for us and it couldn't have gone better. She is responsible, detail oriented and our dog loves her. Her love of animals is obvious and she easily absorbed all the instructions we left her regarding Zoey's care and our house. She communicated often with photos and updates. She was respectful of our home and we came home to a clean and tidy house. We can recommend Renee without any reservations.
Pat stepped in and coordinated a smooth transition of care with my previous cat sitter when I was stranded and unable to return home in time. She went above and beyond to work with me to make sure my cat was cared for and not left alone, and offered extra time with my cat, support, and reassurance when I was panicked and stuck a second time at the airport. So grateful for her care, highly recommend!

Vanessa watched our sweet lab Utah for 10 days while we went on vacation. We also made her our regular walker as Utah demands having her in our lives!

When I’ve searched Rover, I’ve always look at “repeat clients” first. That’s how we found Lisa. She has been a great choice. Responsive to messages and open to a meet and greet, left the house in great shape, got positive feedback from friends at the dog park. Glad we found her. We’ve booked her for 10 days in May.

Krystle treated my 15 yr+ baby with love and care. She was kind enough to meet us ahead of the scheduled time to see if we agreed it would be a good fit long term. She left my place tidy and took great care of my sweet girl. Next time we will try a longer stay to see how she does. It was great having someone who understands the needs of senior pups.
Connor did an outstanding job with my puppy JJ! He’s a handful at this age. Connor took it all in stride. My boy really liked him too! When he was leaving JJ was conflicted over who to stay with. Each day when Connor came JJ was excited to see him. Speaks volumes of how well he treated my boy. Thanks Connor!!!

Parke stayed over the holiday break and was a thoughtful and engaged house and pet sitter for my two dogs Oreo (9) and Apollo (1) along with cat Amelia. His care and communication were incredible, I am so grateful to have found him on Rover. I look forward to having him stay again in the future. Thank you Parke!

We had a great experience with Sarah as our dog sitter. She stayed in our home for several nights. She was reliable, attentive and made sure our dog got lots of long walks, snuggles and all of her medication. It was such a relief knowing my dog and home was in good hands - I would definitely book her again!

Elena took excellent care of our home and kitty. Our house was spotless when we arrived back at home, cleaner than when we left, which was definitely not expected at all! And most of all, Sunny was happy and healthy when we returned! I’m so lucky to have found Elena!!

Nate was wonderful! He is a great communicator, was diligent and attentive to all of my kitty's special needs, and he gave me frequent updates and pics, which I really appreciated. He was happy to learn the new skill of injecting insulin, and learned quickly. Best of all, my cat really liked him, took to him immediately, and was happy, calm and content when I got home, as if I had never left. It was a joy to have Nate petsit for me and I will rebook him at any time.
Olivia was wonderful - very attentive, communicative, and trustworthy. I felt my elderly special needs kitty was in very good hands, which was a huge relief. She stuck to the somewhat involved medication schedule including insulin injections flawlessly, and was very communicative about any questions or concerns. She was warm, personable, professional, and left the home clean and well cared for. I highly recommend her!
We couldn’t be more grateful for the amazing care Alison provided while looking after our three senior dogs for two nights. Managing older pups can be a lot of work with their routines, medications, and comfort needs, but she handled everything with such patience, responsibility, and genuine love. She kept us updated with thoughtful check-ins and photos, which gave us total peace of mind while we were away. The dogs were clearly comfortable, happy, and well cared for — which says a lot given their age and quirks. It’s never easy to leave senior pets, but she made the whole experience stress-free. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate sitter, and we’ll definitely be booking with her again!
