****Please note new changes *** I recently adopted and rescued a sweet 1 yr old Havanese mix dog. He's very friendly and very chill with animals including cats. For dog sits, I would request that he come with me (although he might not and he might stay home with his mom). I have an extensive history with animals. Lastly, a new update, I will not accept dogs who are aggressive with other dogs moving forward. I have owned three dogs, two cats, and two ferrets in the past. I have always been a dog lover ever since I was a young boy. I currently adopted a new dog and he is a sweet angel and very well-behaved. You will get constant updates on how your dog is doing on a daily basis. I will take them on fun adventures to hiking trails, beaches, or parks. I am a firm believer that dogs are really man's best friends and will treat your furry friend as if he/she was my own, with lots of love. Look forward to meeting with you and your dog.

Leonard is a the best dog and house sitter we’ve ever used. He takes really good care of Shasta and our home while we’re away on vacation. He truly loves what he does and has so much compassion for the dogs he cares for.

Leonard is the best! Lily had the best time ever! We will for sure book them again. They took such good care of Lily took her for walks got her social time. It was the best and I would argue they are the best on rover. Pictures, communication, everything! Thank you!

Yes, I currently walk my dog at least 3 times a day, including a hike where we can meet other dogs. I do this full-time as we have officially entered a recession in the tech world.

If I am in the home/boarding, I will ensure your dog is fed and adheres to their normal routines. Nothing changes when I care for them, except we might be hiking a lot depending on their age and if they can handle that; if not, we chill locally and take small local walks or let them outside for relief.

I typically love taking the dogs hiking on the trails where they can smell and interact with other dogs on the trails. I love seeing the dogs smell and enjoy being in an environment that makes them smile.
