About: I’ve taken care of 2 dogs and 5 cats since I was young and have pet sat on multiple occasions for friends and family. I currently take care of my family’s elderly cat. About: I have owned and cared for dogs and cats for many years. I love taking dogs on walks that are just the right pace and distance for them. I mostly work from home and can adjust my schedule as needed most of the time. Morning and evening walks are ideal during the Summer months as it can get hot for both the dog and me. I make sure the pet has clean water, clean food bowls, food portioned and prepared as directed. I like to sit with the pet or walk the dog and talk to them in an encouraging tone.

About: I understand what it’s like to leave your pet alone with a stranger and I will make sure it is as if you never left! I have owned many different types of pets myself including dogs, cats, rabbits, and Guinea pigs. Animals seem to naturally gravitate towards me and I genuinely enjoy spending my time with animals. I am experienced with puppies as well as elderly dogs. I love showing families pics and videos of their pets while they’re gone to keep them updated! I am available weekday afternoons and some weekends. Monday, Wed, Friday after 3pm and T Th at 5pm. On weekends, I just need a 3 day heads up! I like to make sure the pet feels loved and safe first and foremost and I make sure to keep great communication with the client! I am very adamant on making sure all the necessary tasks are completed as well.

Our first experience with Rover... and we couldn't have met a nicer person or a more wonderful dog sitter. Ariela was so patient with our twin Maltese pups. She was right on time for the meet and greet as she was for the dog sitting appointment. Ariela stayed in touch with us leading up to.the assignment and gave us an update early on that evening. We highly recommend Ariela.
We feel like we hit the jackpot when we discovered Claire! And we would not hesitate to book her again to stay with our two pets!!! Claire came by ahead of time for a meet-and-greet, and even our kids immediately loved her. They actually asked if she could come back and babysit, which she very kindly offered to do. While we were away, Claire sent photos and videos of our dog and cat, and clearly gave our pets loads of TLC. Our cat, who is usually pretty fussy with strangers, seemed completely relaxed and happy, which says everything!!! Our coonhound can also be a handful on walks and Claire handled her without a single issue all week!! When we got back from our trip late at night, the pets were calm and cozy, and it was such a relief to walk in and feel like everything had been so well cared for. We had such peace of mind with Claire at our house, looking after our pets, and we look forward to working with her again soon. Thanks again, Claire!!!!
Elena took excellent care of our home and kitty. Our house was spotless when we arrived back at home, cleaner than when we left, which was definitely not expected at all! And most of all, Sunny was happy and healthy when we returned! I’m so lucky to have found Elena!!
Marc did a wonderful job taking care of our cats while we were away. He followed their feeding schedule perfectly, spent time keeping them company, and made sure they were well cared for. He was very communicative and sent regular updates and photos, which we really appreciated. We felt completely at ease knowing they were in good hands. Rachel was awesome and provided great care for my two dogs while I was away. I could tell from the pictures that they were very happy and relaxed.
