I’m a full time student athlete, but fortunately everything is 4 minutes from my home and I’m usually not gone for more than 3-4 hours at a time. My job is my first priority so if your pet can’t be left alone, I will adjust my schedule to accommodate you!

I give pets my full attention and love to spend time with them, cuddle, or play. I don't use crates unless preferred by the owner. I let them sleep in my bed or on the couch. I treat them like my own animals and don't mind being by their side 24/7. I watch one pet at a time unless you have multiple, but won't mix yours with someone else's to ensure lots of quality time and focus on your pet (unless of course it’s okay with you and you prefer to have another pet around to keep yours company). I take them outside for walks to use the bathroom and can take them on longer walks/hikes if it's apart of their daily schedule. I'm here to cater towards your pets needs so whatever they love to do, we will do it!

I’m very good with all animals and take pride in my ability to work with dogs most people can’t work with or don’t want to work with. I’m fazed by very little and my gentle personality allows animals to feel safe and loved, but if I need to be stern that’s not a problem either. I volunteer at various animal shelters, so I have experience working with neglected, sassy, or just overly excited dogs. If your pet is anxious, doesn’t like certain things, takes extra work, or needs accommodating in any way, all I ask is to let me know before I confirm the booking. I want to make sure I’m available to do everything your pet might need so they get proper care.
A typical day
I’m a very active person and I love going on hikes or walks! If you have an active dog, we will go on 2-3 walking adventures a day, play fetch, go on car rides, and whatever else they love to do. But of course, I grew up with small dogs so I know all about a lap dog’s personality! If your pet likes to cuddle all day and be by your side 24/7, then that’s what we’ll do. I’m open to anything your pet may need!

I treat each pet like my own and give lots of love and attention. I grew up with dogs my whole life so I've learned to love and care for them properly. I know how to train them as puppies and care for them when they're old. I also love cats and have experience caring for cats as well!

Amber takes our dog Sadie on fun long trail hikes, she loves Amber and always has the best time. We are so grateful for Amber, especially for the longer adventure walks, it’s great for our dog when we are unable to take her out ourselves.
She was prompt, friendly and flexible with my last minute request. And she really worked out my high energy pup - who even took a nap afterwards!
