I raised a Bichon puppy and later cared for her as a 12 year old senior dog. I am a UX/UI designer with a nonprofit and I work from home, so whether your dog needs a buddy for the weekend or a work day, I’ve got you covered. I have one sweet pup, Potato, a mini Australian labradoodle who never met a friend he didn't love - human or doggo or otherwise. If you're looking for a personalized boarding experience where your pet gets excellent care and comes back as happy-tired as after a full day at the dog park, I’m your gal. I love taking dogs on hikes near Mount Tam and to the beach when we're on our turf and I firmly believe in the importance of treats and scratchies. I live in an apartment by a dog-friendly beach so we’ll definitely be playing at the playa. I follow your rules so your pet has the same high caliber of care here as at their home. I offer flexible drop-off and pick-up times from 8 am to 8 pm. I take my pup on a daily walk and play with him pretty much constantly whenever he’s not snoozing. Please keep in mind, I only board pups over a year old and cannot board dogs who are not fully potty trained or who need to be taken out more frequently than every 3 hours to potty. About: I adore dogs! I have cared for many pets and homes throughout my life, from small dogs and puppies to Brittanys and Labs. I am very experienced in walking dogs, playing with them, and providing their basic food and water needs. I genuinely love dogs, and can't get enough of them. I have also cared for birds, fish, and other small pets such as hamsters and Guinea pigs. I am an expert caretaker of homes, both apartments and houses. About: I’ve always loved animals, I’ve had two dogs! I’ve dog sit and cat sit for my neighbors ever since I was young. I have experience with young playful animals as well as older and quieter animals. I love playing and spending time with them! I work part-time, so have plenty of time to spend time with your pets. I love taking dogs on walks and I have flexibility so I can take them out to go to the bathroom as frequently as needed. I can stay overnights for as long as needed. I have a fenced yard and I’m happy to spend as much time as I can with your pets. I’m happy to play fetch with dogs and take them on long and short walks.

About: I have owned a dog since I was 8 years so for 13 years I have lived with a dog. I successfully navigated college with a dog and became a dog walker two years ago for a full time job. I am best at building relationships with the dogs and gaining their respect. I have trained difficult breeds as puppies and I also have much experience with senior care, including bowel problems, joint and bone problems, and distributing medicine. Out of the 15 jobs I have worked since I was old enough to work, this is my favorite one! I find time every day to implement pet care because it has become a part of my own routine as I enjoy it very much! I make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while keeping their normal routine as consistent as possible. In a client’s home, I’m respectful of both the space and the pet’s habits, whether that means sticking to feeding schedules, walks, medications, crate routines, or just giving them extra attention and playtime. I know every animal is different, so I try to pay attention to their personality and energy level instead of forcing them into a routine that doesn’t fit them. I also prioritize safety during walks and visits by keeping pets supervised, avoiding unsafe environments, double-checking gates/leashes, and making sure they have fresh water, exercise, and a calm environment (and of course cuddles and attention.) I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, so I want them to feel relaxed and cared for while their owners are away.
