We were understandably nervous about leaving Wizzy with an unfamiliar family for an extended 17-day stay, especially since it was her first time being boarded. We had the pleasure of meeting his family, visiting their lovely home, and seeing the environment where Wizzy would be staying. This experience helped us build trust right from the start. Throughout our 17-day vacation, Kushram consistently sent videos and photos, along with thoughtful updates on Wizzy’s health and well-being. He was incredibly responsive via text and conversations, always replying within the hour. When we picked Wizzy up, all of her belongings were beautifully cleaned, organized, and packed—nothing missing, which we truly appreciated. Overall, the service was top-tier. Alex did a great job with(13 years old) Benny, it was his first time and Alex was great with communications and pictures which really gave me a lot of peace. She had a great place for Benny to stay and venture about sniffing as he so loves to do. Benny enjoyed the company of Chowder, who is so adorable. Chowder is Alex's own cavalier. I cannot say enough good things about Megan! She took such good care of my dog while also welcoming her into the daily routine with her own sweet pup. Throughout the stay she sent updates and adorable photos that showed just how attentive and loving she was and my dog made such great friends with her dog which was so sweet to see! It felt like my dog was on her own vacation, getting plenty of playtime, snuggles and outdoor adventures. When she got home, she was relaxed, content and clearly had the best time. Megan is warm, responsible, communicative and genuinely cared about my dog's happiness, I would definitely recommend!!
