About: I provide a calm environment in-home and exciting fun-filled adventures outside. Marin is my backyard and I love taking pups on hikes and to the beach. I have a 6-year old dog full time and she is great with all dogs. I've taken care of all kinds of dogs, from those that love to play to older dogs that need more one on one time. I'm comfortable with on and off-leash walks and am very attentive to dogs with unique triggers that need to be managed. I will provide a loving, caring environment with your dog where they can feel right at home and be their best self. I'm currently working part-time so I'm available throughout the day and evenings. I'm available weekdays and weekends. I live near a massive trail system, dog parks and the beach, so can customize your dog's stay based on what they love most. I have a 6-year old friendly dog, Chilli, in home to keep your pup company. I take Chilli on 2 big adventure walks each day and adjust that schedule for other dogs as needed, including additional potty breaks and play time. Dogs can be crated or not, depending on how they're most comfortable. Chilli roams freely in the house throughout the day and I often keep our patio door open for her to lounge in the sun.

I have Plenty of free time. My Hours and days extremely flexible. My routine can vary. I have nothing set day to day. Spend most of my time home. I walk 3-5 miles a day. My home is very safe. Ground floor condo. Nothing dangerous. I live near the water with park like setting. There is no way to escape. I have beds and toys etc. I live 10 min walking to a dog park also

About: Dogs are the light of my life! I've given forever homes to 7 German Shepherds, 2 Poodles and 4 Mixes. I've had extensive experience caring for them through various illnesses & am very knowledgeable about both their physical and emotional needs. I trained all of them myself with modernizing the methods as the practices changed over time. In High School I worked for a veterinary clinic washing dogs and administering vaccines as well as meds. I was a teacher for 20 years and am super resourceful. I've always had dogs. For me, life would be empty without them, and I'm one of these crazy people who would do absolutely anything to meet their needs!! You can definitely trust that I'll do everything to give your dog the best!! I LOVE DOGS & CATS!! Not to mention horses, ponies and rabbits! I love to house sit and spend my time with any wonderful canine or animal! They'll be given the absolute best of care and companionship when I'm there 24/7 the rest of the week! I'm a retired teacher of 20 years, in great physical condition, and want to do this full time. I LOVE DOGS AND CATS!! I've always worked in the helping professions as a teacher and behavioral case manager for the homeless. Now I want to do what means the most to me....spend my time with animals and give them the best experience possible!! Number 1, follow the directions of the client relative to their animals. Number 2, be respectful of their environment. Number 3, do all the extras possible for the animals including companionship. Number 4, leave the house as nice as it was on my arrival date.

About: I have done about 50+ petsits including 3 farm sits (MY FAVOURITE!) I love hiking, long walks and snuggling at home with the fur babies. I was outside of the US and have met clients outside of the app while traveling, that is why my reviews here are not recent. I can offer recent references from the past few months from my pet sitting clients. ❤️ I am still available to book here. I call the animals I take care of "my babies." I can run outside with the dogs 3 hours per day. I am a homebody and work online, so for me it's heaven to be inside the home with beautiful pets. That is actually my idea of a dreamy day. I would be a great sitter for an animal who wants lots of company or who isn't used to being alone. I can be out less than 2 hours per day if requested. I also respect the space and preferences of animals. I think about making them happy first, not them making me happy. I love long walks and making sure Dogs who need to run off leash, do so. I also love playing games like tug of war and fetch. I'm able to spend several hours per day to play with and excercise the Dogs. I research about each breed before I accept the sit and I now have experience with different breeds. I send photos and videos every day. You may have to tell me when you think it's too much. I filled up a lot of my memory on my phone and solid state drive with the pets I've taken care of, but I can't delete the photos. It's like deleting photos of your kids. Not possible. Excited to hear from you. I sure have enjoyed the love of pets and I hope to be able to continue enjoying caring for pets. Amazingly. I work better when there are pets around. I already prefer to be home. I'm the type of person that reminds myself to go out of the house and be among people. The one thing I am good at is taking walks every day, so that habit also works well when I'm taking care of Dogs who like walks. I could walk a Dog more than their used to even, if the owners thinks it will make them happy. I am used to preparing special foods for Dogs and Cats, being sure animals don't escape. I would say I go into Mommy mode once I'm with the animals. When there are more than two pets in the house, if I snuggle with one, I will then go to snuggle and give attention to the other one. If the other animal loves playing fetch, I may snuggle the animal, then play fetch after. I don't play loud music around the animals. Although I also don't like loud music when I'm alone .
