About: Hello there! Important: For dog sitting, I only accept dogs who are friendly with other dogs and able to join me for a morning 2 hour hike. Your pup should be comfortable spending time with the pack and enjoy an active start to the day! A minimum stay of 5 nights is required. Dog hikes: I offer small-group hiking adventures for dogs: "Andy for Dogs Marin". Dogs are picked up from home, hike and explore together as a pack, then are dropped back off afterward. It’s a social group activity designed to provide exercise, enrichment, play, and outdoor adventure beyond a regular neighborhood walk. Each adventure includes at least two hours on the trails, usually covering 4–6 miles. Pickup, transportation, and drop-off are on top of the hike, so your dog is typically out for about 3–4 hours total. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
