About: I've loved being around animals for as long as I can remember. Since middle school, I've helped take care of dogs by walking them, bathing them, feeding them, playing with them, and giving them lots of attention. Being around pets has always been something I enjoy, and I treat every animal like they're my own. Right now I live with two dogs, Taco and Balu, so taking care of dogs is part of my everyday routine. I know every dog has their own personality and needs, and I always try to make them feel comfortable, safe, and loved while their family is away. Pet care fits very well into my routine. I’m currently unemployed because the restaurant I worked at unexpectedly closed, which means I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time to give pets the attention and care they deserve. Whether it's walks, playtime, feeding, or just keeping them company, I’m able to be fully present and make sure they feel safe and comfortable while you're away. Whether I'm caring for a pet in my home or in a client's home, my priority is making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I always follow the owner's instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, medications if needed, and any specific routines. I know that pets are happiest when they can stick to what they're used to. I also make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, and fresh water throughout the day. About: I grew up with dogs and have owned 3 dogs in my adulthood including two mixed-breed rescues from Milo and a pure-bread yellow lab at 6 weeks. My experience ranges from puppyhood to senior dog care, as well as behavior issues including fear, resource, and leash aggression. About: I’m a pre-vet student at Colorado State University, and I have worked with and had pets for my whole life. I volunteer regularly at Animal Friends Alliance and The Milo Foundation, taking care of cats and dogs of all sizes and ages, from puppies to seniors. I also volunteer around the clinic at Marin Humane Society, prepping and taking care of recovering animals after procedures. I have pet sit for friends and family for the past 6 years, walking, feeding, and playing with their animals. Around my house I am the dedicated person to administer any medications and teach new tricks! I am a very flexible person! I am a full time student at the moment, with classes in the mornings and early afternoons on all weekdays during the semester. But I am dedicated to animal care and love to spend time with pets. I also volunteer regularly throughout the week, but those shifts are moveable. As a pre-vet student I take animal safety seriously, always being gentle and making sure to notice any signs of fatigue or weakness. I make sure to stay in the proper areas while petting unless the animal is comfortable with me going further. I clean all messes that the pets make, whether it’s fecal matter, vomit, or anything else. On walks, I am careful around other dogs even if the pet I’m walking is kind, you never know the reactivity of other dogs on the street. I’m always sure to make the pets feel cared for, happy, and loved!

About: I’ve taken care of many dogs simultaneously for years and feel comfortable handling dogs of all sizes. I specialize in dog-walking and drop-in visits I’m currently available at all times of the day and spend most days in Marin County. I’m happy to drive up to 30 minutes. While I only have four official years of house sitting and dog walking professionally, all my life I have been surrounded by dogs and have handled them with care. About: I adopted my first cat in 2018, and have been obsessed ever since. I currently have two cats, Mac and Marty, and they are my best friends. Since owning cats, I have been dedicated to educating myself about how to keep them happy, healthy, and feeling secure in their environment. I know to be extremely patient with cats, to let them set the rules and boundaries for how they want to interact with you, and to look out for changes in behavior that can act as subtle but very important health indicators. I also know that cats require a lot of attention, different kinds of enrichment, and a high level of care. I work from home full-time, so I am available most weekdays after 5pm and all day on weekends. I have flexibility within the day as well, depending on the length of a home visit. Demonstrating a high level of care for your home and pets is extremely important to me (I respect no-shoes-inside policies). About: I have been a pet parent to a yellow lab named Sasha. During her lifetime, we went on many hikes, many swim adventures and had lots of snuggle time. I miss her dearly, so to help with that I was a volunteer at Guide Dogs for the Blind. I love both dogs and cats and have been asked by friends and family alike to care for their precious pets. I can provide one on one dog walks as well as potty breaks and cat visits. I've been doing this for 10 years plus. My daily schedule is flexible and I have the capability to fit my schedule around whatever your needs are. I am also happy to make any last-minute changes that a client may have. I make sure that I know each pets veterinary care phone number in case of an emergency. As well, I always make sure the areas that I plan to walk with dogs have a clear path and therefore hopefully free of ticks. When cat sitting or doing drop ins for cat owners I make sure that I have all veterinary and emergency contact info. as well.
