About: I've been around animals my whole life and wouldn't have it any other way. I grew up with three Whippets, a Toy Poodle, and two cats, caring for them from puppyhood right through their senior years. I've also competed in dog shows and won Champion of Baltic States several times. I'm experienced with sighthounds (Whippets, Greyhounds, Italian Greyhounds), Toy Poodles, and all size dogs. I've handled breeding dogs, newborn puppies, pregnant moms, and specialized diets. I'm comfortable training dogs in obedience, potty training, loose-leash walking, and recall. The two cats I had lived to 17 and 18! I'm comfortable with all their needs. I've also ridden and trained horses since I was 10. I am a pet sitter who genuinely loves animals, knows their quirks and needs, and treats your pets like they're my own. Whether it's a senior dog needing extra care, a puppy needing attention, or a cat who prefers routine, I've got you covered. I’m currently in between jobs, having just moved back to the Bay Area from Paris. That means I can take care of your pets almost any time and be very flexible with last minute bookings. About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life and truly can’t imagine a home without them. I have hands-on experience caring for dogs, cats, horses, reptiles, birds, fish (both saltwater and freshwater), and small mammals as I’ve had all of them as pets or taken care of my friend's. As a teenager, I worked at a local kennel, gaining valuable experience with feeding routines, cleaning, and handling animals of all temperaments. I’ve also trained my own dogs, earning several first-place ribbons in competitions. I’m attentive, patient, and genuinely passionate about animal care—whether it’s a walk around the block or providing loving companionship while you’re away! I am also experienced in giving subcutaneous fluids and administering all kinds of medications from shots to pills I currently work weekdays from 2-8:30pm along with some weekends, but weekends I am off by 3pm. I also have periods of time where I don’t work for a couple of weeks here and there. I can come morning, afternoon, and night any day I am willing to bring a small animal into my home as long as they are ok with another large dog and small cat who are very friendly. I do not have a yard, but walks are given multiple times a day and I have a decent sized 2 story townhome with dog parks and turn outs close by. About: I've spent years earning trust with other people's pets (and their homes). I grew up with cats in my home (and a couple fish), and lots of time around friends' dogs, and now I love pet sitting as much as possible. I don't have any pets of my own at the moment (I travel too frequently), but I love them so much, so I seek it out when I can. I have lots of variety in pet-sitting experience: I've housesat for 3.5 weeks with a Golden Retriever, a cat, and a jungle of houseplants; spent a month looking after two guinea pigs and a frog; cared for an indoor baby goat for a week; and watched a Labradoodle regularly since he was just 4 months old, watching him grow up. I've also done extended stays with pretty much every kind of cat including Bengals, plus Trusted House Sits across California, Oregon, England, and Spain (totaling about 5 months) with reviews carried over to Rover. I treat every pet like they're my own, and every home even better than my own (it'll be spotless when you return). I am 30 years old, going back to school in San Francisco (CCSF) to become a nurse, starting January 2027. I do not have a job at the moment as I just moved to the area, but I have some work I can do remotely while at home. I will have lots of availability to care for pets, particularly up until the end of the year. I can be very flexible, as needed. I’m happy to adjust my schedule for whatever your pet is used to. When caring for pets in the client's home, I am incredibly respectful of their space and routine. I make sure to maintain the usual routine of care when the owners are home, to make things as comfortable as possible for the pets. I treat the home better than my own, doing a deep clean before owners return. I follow all instructions exactly, and maintain open, consistent and clear communication with owners. I love sharing photos and stories of my time with their pets throughout my stay.

Much of my experience has involved anxious and/or reactive dogs, who often do best with a calm environment and a consistent routine. I pay close attention to body language and changes in behavior so I can respond before a dog becomes more stressed. I have also cared for rescue dogs whose backgrounds required patience and careful handling. That experience has taught me to notice stress signals that can be easy to miss, and to avoid pushing a dog beyond its comfort level. I follow the routines owners provide rather than changing what the dog is used to. I'm comfortable following medication instructions and specific feeding routines. I can also care for households with multiple pets (big or small, old or young). My goal is to keep each pet’s daily life as familiar as possible while the owner is away, so the pet can remain comfortable and secure in its normal environment. I’m currently in graduate school with a highly flexible schedule, which allows me to prioritize the pets in my care. I keep my Rover calendar carefully updated and limit bookings so each pet receives attentive, individualized care. When I am house-sitting or doing drop-in visits, I treat your home with the same care and discretion as I would my own.
